Представлено результати вивчення різноманіття афілофороїдних грибів відді-лення "Крейдова флора" Українського степового природного заповідника НАН України (Донецька область, Україна). У результаті проведених досліджень на тери-торії відділення нами було зареєстровано 141 вид афілофороїдних грибів. Серед них 125 видів вперше виявлено на досліджуваній території. Знахідки 17 видів є першими для степової природної зони України. Одинадцять видів (Hyphodontia gossypina, Merismodes stipitatus, Resupinatus poriaeformis, Phlebia tremelloidea та Sistotremastrum suecicum; Amyloxenasma allantosporum, Paullicorticium pearsonii, Sistotrema octosporum, Trechispora confinis, Tr. kavinioides та Vararia ochroleuca) вперше виявлено на території України. Знахідки 6 останніх з них зроблено у крей-дяних борах на деревині або детриті реліктової Pinus sylvestris var. cretacea. З урахуванням 3 видів, відомих з території резервату до початку нашого дослі-дження і не виявлених нами, узагальнюючий список афілофороїдних грибів відді-лення "Крейдова флора" наразі налічує 144 види. Наведено їх повний перелік із даними про фітоценотичну приуроченість і субстрати.Ключові слова: афілофороїдні гриби, заповідник, Pinus sylvestris var. cretacea, крейдяні бори, байрачні ліси. ВСТУПВ Україні близько 40% території припадає на степову природну зону. Ця зона має величезний потенціал для збереження та відтворення біологічного різноманіт-тя. На жаль, на сьогодні цей потенціал реалізується доволі слабко. Степи України зазнали суттєвої антропогенної трансформації. Екосистеми наближені до природ-них, збереглися тільки на невеликих ділянках, важкодоступних або малопридатних для розорювання [3; 11; 16]. Такі малопорушені ділянки території, як правило, ма-ють статус об'єктів природно-заповідного фонду України. Серед созологічно цін-них територій особливими природними умовами вирізняється відділення "Крейдо-ва флора" (далі -ВКФ) Українського степового природного заповідника.
У статті представлено інформацію про рідкісний у світовій природі вид міко-фільного гриба Letendraea helminthicola (Berk. et Broome) Weese ex Petch, який нещодавно був уперше виявлений нами на території Національного природного парку "Сколівські Бескиди" (Сколівський район, Львівська область, Карпати). Цей гриб утворює спороношення на конідіомах Helminthosporium spp., переважно H. velutinum Link на гілках деревних рослин. Дотепер представники роду Letendraea Sacc. не були виявлені в Україні. Наведено загальну характеристику роду, корот-кий історичний нарис його дослідження та сучасні погляди на його систематичне положення в системі аскомікотових грибів (Didymosphaeriaceae Munk sensu Ariya wansa et al., Pleosporales Luttr. ex M.E. Barr, Dothideomycetes O.E. Erikss. et Winka). Під час виконання роботи окрім власного гербарного зразка Letendraea helminthicola, було досліджено ізотип виду з гербарію кафедри мікології та фітоімунології Харків-ського національного університету ім. В.Н. Каразіна. Наведено повну номенкла-турну характеристику, детальний опис, оригінальні ілюстрації, а також відомості про екологічні особливості виявленого виду та його поширення у світі.Ключові слова: Letendraea helminthicola, поширення, мікопаразитизм, НПП "Сколівські Бескиди", Карпати. ВСТУПLetendraea helminthicola (Berk. et Broome) Weese ex Petch -маловідомий вид мікофільних асколокулярних грибів (Pleosporales Luttr. ex M.E. Barr, Dothideomycetes O.E. Erikss. et Winka, Ascomycota R.H. Whittaker). Він утворює дуже дрібні (100-250 мкм у діаметрі), майже непомітні для неозброєного ока плодові тіла, що розви-ваються на спороношеннях Helminthosporium spp. Основний субстрат, на якому він паразитує, -гриб Helminthosporium velutinum Link -є широко розповсюдженим кос-мополітним сапротрофом, що розвивається на рослинних рештках [3; 9; 14]. Незва жаючи на поширеність гриба субстрату, мікофіл Letendraea helminthicola трапля-ється вкрай нечасто. Він відомий із різних континентів Земної кулі, але завдяки лише поодиноким випадковим знахідкам. У мікологічних гербаріях світу зберігається дуже Biol.
