Purpose: to study the peculiarities of the relationship between resilience and socio-psychological adaptation to activities in novice athletes; to develop a program of social and psychological training for the development of resilience and optimization of the adaptation process in athletes. Material and methods. The study involved 42 sportsmen of fire-applied sports at the age from 17 to 20 years. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific literature, system analysis and data interpretation; testing; methods of mathematical statistics. Results. As a result of the research, a resilience training was developed for novice athletes in order to optimize adaptation processes. The main goals of the training are: achieving a deeper understanding of stressful circumstances, ways to overcome them; finding ways to actively solve problems; constant use of feedback, thereby deepening the self-perception of involvement, control and risk taking. After the training, the level of resilience increased, the maladjustment of the participants decreased. Conclusions. The article presents a theoretical analysis and empirical study of the problem of the relationship between resilience and socio-psychological adaptation to sports activity of young sportsmen of adolescence. The results obtained in empirical research indicate that the level of resilience is associated with indicators of adaptation. The socio-psychological training has been developed to optimize the process of adaptation to sports activity by increasing the level of vitality. The effectiveness of the developed training program for athletes has been proven.
The article reveals the results of the analysis of the regulatory framework on counteraction to illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and proposes to amend the regulations on legislative regulation of the use of service dogs and, in particular, special dogs in the search of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine. In particular, according to the authors, the use of service dogs of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine should ensure the following tasks: strengthening the protection of the institutions of execution of punishments, detention centers of the SCES of Ukraine; search and detention of criminals who have fled from custody or in cargoes; overview of road, railway transport, objects of execution of punishments and detention centers of the SCES of Ukraine; review of persons and their personal belongings for the purpose of finding and detecting narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, explosives, small arms and ammunition, etc. The peculiarities of completing cynology team with a special dog and specified requirements for a cynologist and a service dog. The algorithm of actions of the junior inspector-cynologist with a special dog in the case of its effective use is improved, namely the cynologist is obliged to: find out what item (object) the dog reacted to, by re-starting the dog for inspection; to report to the official; take measures to preserve the subject (object) to which the dog reacted and prevent the leakage of information; conduct an inspection of all objects (objects); draw up an act on the use of a special dog; wait for the arrival of the National Police Investigation Group and to carry out all measures to establish the fact of a possible finding of a substance similar in terms of a narcotic drug or psychotropic substance, to facilitate in the future work of the defined group. The activity of penitentiary bodies of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine at the current stage of reforming the penitentiary system involves moving away from the punitive nature of functioning and reorientation to European standards of social, educational and other work with convicts on the basis of unconditional respect for individual rights and freedoms, unsuring serving a criminal sentence and the effectiveness of preparing a convict for life in a free society. Given this thesis, the question of a clear understanding of the rank and command staff of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine of the importance of new, state-defined tasks, which in turn involves initiating changes in approaches to organizing work to form their steadfast legal and professional consciousness, strengthening and improving professional knowledge. The problem of professional readiness of junior canine inspectors of remand prisons and penitentiaries and penitentiary guards and assigned service dogs to perform assigned tasks caused by modern conditions of penitentiary institutions and pre-trial detention centers of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine is one of the priorities in the case of ensuring the security of places of imprisonment, the established regime of serving criminal sentences. In order to acquire such readiness, which presupposes the ability to act confidently under any circumstances, the dog inspector must have a considerable amount of knowledge, skills and abilities, including in the areas of training a service dog, managing his actions in regular and emergency situations. The article is devoted to highlighting the features inherent in the initial training of junior dog inspectors of the regime and protection of remand prisons and security departments of penitentiary institutions of the State Criminal and Executive Service of Ukraine. Suggestions for improving the organization and conduct of classes on the subject, which is called “Practice of training service dogs”. The Strategy for Reforming the Penitentiary system until 2026 states that during the specified period, it is necessary to ensure, among other things, the formation of an effective model of training and activity of the personnel of the penitentiary system. In order to create an effective model of training and activity of the department’s personnel, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department of cynology at the Territorially Separate Branch «Khmelnytskyi Branch of the Academy of the State Penitentiary Service» based on the analysis of the state of cynology support of the units of execution of punishments system, made changes to the educational and methodological support of educational activities. Among the tasks assigned to the cynology service by the leadership of the State Criminal and Executive Service is the task of improving training methods and tactics for the use of service dogs in the security system of penitentiary institutions and detention centers. To fulfill the specified task, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the department of cynology prepared and introduced changes in the methodology of training service dogs in various areas of training, taking into account the specifics of the service activity of the structural divisions of the penitentiary system, the training of special dogs to search for narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances was started, and the preparation for training cynology dogs was completed teams with attacking dogs. The article is addresses to highlighting the peculiarities of teaching the educational discipline «Methodology and technique of training service dogs» at the Department of Cynology in general, and methodical aspects of conducting a training course with junior cynology inspectors on the formation and improvement of obedience skills in search dogs assigned to them, in particular. In the context of the tasks defined by the guidelines for search dogs, changes to the set of obedience skills exercises for the training course are proposed and their general characteristics are given. It was determined that the basis of the effective conduct of the training course is mastery of the theoretical aspects of training by dog trainers, knowledge and use of methodical techniques and mastery of the technique of error-free execution of training exercises to form the complex of necessary skills in service dogs. У дослідженнях враховували результати випробувань поголів’я службових собак порід німецька та бельгійська вівчарка установ виконання покарань України. Тварини трьох дослідних груп були оцінені за породним, віковим складом, ознаками прив’язаності до дресирувальника, у межах груп, порід та залежно від віку. Серед службових навичок собак вивчались наявність нюхово-пошукової реакції, здатність до апортування, захисна реакція тварин, реагування на сильні звукові подразники. За результатами випробувань проводився комплексний аналіз перевірки робочих якостей собак, згідно якого тварини отримують рекомендації для подальшого навчання. У результаті досліджень встановлено, що в усіх трьох піддослідних групах за породним складом мала перевагу порода – німецька вівчарка. В усіх піддослідних групах тварини були віком від одного до трьох років. За таким показником як прив’язаність собаки до дресирувальника тварини різних груп та порід мали певні відмінності. Тварини перших двох груп 100% були прив’язані до дресирувальника, а в третій групі 13 % собак навпаки не були прив’язані до дресирувальника. Стосовно породного складу встановлено, що 100% собак породи бельгійська вівчарка були прив’язані до свого дресирувальника. Дві собаки, або 6% породи німецька вівчарка не були прив’язані до дресирувальника. За ознакою нюхово-пошукова реакція всі тварини породи німецька вівчарка задовольнили вимоги. За ознакою апортування тварини першої групи отримали позитивну оцінку. Собаки двох інших груп мали у своєму складі тварин, які отримали негативну оцінку за апортування. Встановлено, що у першій групі серед тварин породи німецька вівчарка дві тварини були пасивні, а інші активно-оборонні. Собаки породи бельгійська вівчарка всі були активно-оборонними. Тварин усіх груп мали позитивну оцінку згідно перевірки на сильні звукові подразники. У цілому при проведенні комплексної оцінки встановлено, що поголів’я собак обох досліджуваних порід відповідає вимогам, встановлених для службових тварин.
