A change in any design variable can affect the environment during all relevant stages of the building life cycle. Because of competition, design and construction companies have become very interested in developing sustainable construction due to the modernization of resource potential optimization and management. The production chain has been built as part of an assessment of the life cycle of a construction project to address the challenges of sustainable construction. The possibilities of using information modeling for the planning and design of building deconstruction are analyzed. A deconstruction control method using information modeling has been developed, which implements control based on a simple and advanced feedback loop.
At present, more and more people are beginning to be interested in the field of investment. This is due to the growth in incomes of the population, on the one hand, and development of financial technologies, on the other hand. The problematic situation is analyzed in this article and the main known models, algorithms and indicators used to build trading strategies are considered. A conservative trading strategy based on trend indicators is proposed. The strategy can be an alternative to the popular conservative "buy and hold" strategy. Exponentially moving averages of various orders that reveal the presence of trends of variable duration in the price dynamics of a financial asset are used as system indicators. A distinctive feature of the proposed trading system is the combination in one approach of the trading method that generates trade signals and the rules for position size management. The article contains results of testing a proposed trading strategy based on historical data. A comparative analysis of the results obtained with the results of the "buy and hold" strategy and the strategy based on two exponential moving averages of different orders is carried out. The proposed system can be easily integrated into automated trading systems. The R language was used for data processing and visualization.
The possibilities of building information modeling (BIM) for solving the problems of sustainable construction to improve the quality of construction of buildings, ensuring maximum comfort inside the premises at the expense of a minimum amount of resources are studied. The assessment of the possibility of BIM for solving the problems of sustainable construction for the conservation and Thrifty use of natural resources was carried out. The use of BIM for humanistic design is analyzed. The principle of reorganization of the last stage of the life cycle (LC) of a sustainable construction object for optimizing the LC of materials and components in construction based on BIM is studied. A scheme of the machine learning process for optimizing design based on BIM is proposed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
