Mir kinetischer Zielsetzung wurde der in einer sog. Rührzelle unter Komplexbildung ablaufende Stoffübergang von Zink‐, Cadmiumund Kobaltionen aus wäßriger Lösung in angrenzende dithizonbeladene apolare Phasen (Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, Chloroform und Chlorbenzol) gemessen. Systematisch variiert wurden die Konzentration der Reaktionsteilnehmer sowie die über die Rührerdrehzahl veränderbare Strömung. Aus der quantitativen Übereinstimmung der Meßresultate mit einem Modell, in dem die Phasengrenze als Ort der Komplexbildung zugrunde gelegt ist, wird geschlossen, daß Grenzflächenreaktionen vorliegen, die im Bereich niedriger Konzentration den Stoffaustausch dirigieren, während bei hohen Metallionenkonzentrationen der strömungsabhängige Transport der Reaktionsteilnehmer zum Reaktionsort Phasengrenze geschwindigkeitsbestimmend ist. Den experimentell ermittelten kinetischen Gleichungen wird die einfachste Schrittfolge der zusammengesetzten Grenzflächenreaktion zugrunde gelegt und damit vor allem der Lösungsmitteleffekt zugeordnet.
