Охарактеризовано підсистеми управління персоналом та відповідні інноваційні процес-технології управління персоналом. Для підвищення ефективності формування та розвитку кадрового потенціалу, наголошено у необхідності використання інноваційних методів на підприємстві.summary. This article explores the development of innovative HRM technologies in today's business environment. Technologies of management of the personnel of the enterprise are analyzed and systematized. The system of personnel management at the enterprises is considered. A comparison of modern and traditional systems of personnel management at enterprises. The HRM subsystems and corresponding innovative HRM processes are characterized. To increase the efficiency of formation and development of human resources, it is emphasized that innovative methods are needed at the enterprise. At the present stage of economic development, new requirements for the level of training of personnel are also defined, when there is a rapid aging of knowledge, skills and skills of staff, which is reflected in the gap between individual knowledge from the current requirements for the position and profession. Systematic development of staff in order to increase their competence should be carried out through the formation of a system of continuous training in creating the conditions for full disclosure of the potential of employees, their ability to make a significant contribution to the activities of their organization. There are several types of personnel technologies distinguished during personnel management: multi-link, communication, individual and others. Multilevel personnel-technology involves the execution of a series of consecutive interrelated tasks, communication -focused on the establishment of labor relations between individual employees and production units of the enterprise, individual -focused on the specification of management actions for a particular employee. Personnel technology development is world-class, most of them are developed and started using leading European, American and Japanese companies, each of which has its own peculiarities, so the names of a considerable part of the personnel technology used in Ukraine went from foreign words. The paper considers the development of innovative technologies of personnel management in modern conditions of managing. The article described the personal-technology enterprises. Discussed the comparison of management systems personnel.
The paper presents proposals for the development of programs to improve energy efficiency of educational institutions on the example of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The energy management of the university is planned to be carried out through remote monitoring and creation of an automated workplace of the energy manager with integration into the educational process. The aim of the work is to improve innovative management methods of energy management, taking into account the relationship of energy sources, thermal protection of building fences, the parameters of the microclimate of the premises. The facilities, which are on the balance of the university, are a platform for research work, subject to the cooperation of the Energy Management Service with various structural units. As part of the development of the energy efficiency program, a technical and economic analysis of the proposed energy saving measures using engineering calculation methods was performed, as well as experimental measurements were performed. Statistical data processing, methods of grouping, comparison, generalization were used, and for the decision of separate problems modeling in specialized software products was carried out. With the involvement of the scientific potential of the university, a system of remote monitoring based on software is gradually introduced, which includes a geoinformation map of engineering networks and buildings, monitoring of parameters in the premises and an analytical unit with the ability to predict energy consumption.
