Для повышения термической стабильности нового экспериментального литого сплава Mg-10,5Al-0,4Ca-0,3Mn-0,2Ti исследована кинетика рас-пада его твёрдого раствора (в исходном литом и пересыщенном состояни-ях) с активационным анализом закалённых состояний в интервале темпе-ратур 293-673 К. В этом случае кинетика распада многокомпонентного сплава подчиняется закону Коттрелла-Билби, а процесс термической стабилизации контролируется активацией дислокационных механизмов Коттрелла-Билби и Аврами-Харпера, которые связывают дальнодей-ствующую диффузию более тугоплавких легирующих элементов к неза-креплённым дислокациям с близкодействующим насыщением атмосфер Коттрелла и образованием наноразмерных фаз на дислокациях. Дополни-тельная электрогидроимпульсная обработка (ЭГИО) жидкого сплава из-меняет кинетику распада, подавляет ближнее расслоение твёрдого рас-твора на основе -Mg, а также стимулирует образование в нём кластери-зованных областей, термически стабильных до 693 К. По данным элек-тросопротивления и рентгеновской дифрактометрии установлено, что по-сле ЭГИО термическая стабилизация первичного твёрдого раствора на ос-нове -Mg достигается в результате кластеризации его структуры по ва-кансионному механизму с образованием парных дефектов -первичных кластеров Al-Ti. В результате комплексной обработки термостойкость сплава увеличивается до 523 К. При этом увеличение объёмной доли -Mg 17 (Al, Х) 12 усиливает полезный эффект его дисперсионного твердения.Для підвищення термічної стабільности нового експериментального ли-того стопу Mg-10,5Al-0,4Ca-0,3Mn-0,2Ti досліджено кінетику розпаду його твердого розчину (у вихідному литому і пересиченому станах) з ак-тиваційним аналізом загартованих станів в інтервалі температур 293-673 К.
