The article reveals the peculiarities of convergence of regional information spaces in the global digital neural network economy. Introduced into scientific circulation the concept of "neural network information space" (NNIC) and the characteristic of its main elements. Principles of allocation subsystem clusters NNIC. The content of the concept "convergence of information spaces" is put into circulation and disclosed. Its functional role in the process of complex NNIC convergence is revealed. The necessity of transformation of the vector of information space development for transition to NNIC information space is substantiated. Grounded approach to the definition of synergy effect from the convergence of local and regional information spaces in the integrated information space of the NNIC. It is concluded that the transition to the complex information space NNIC includes the convergence of clusters of regional information spaces, contributing to the production of new specific neural network effects.
CONSTRUCTION OF THE UNIFIED INFORMATION SPACE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN ST. PETERSBURG, ITS PRINCIPLES, CHARACTERISTICS AND RESULTS OF THE APPLICATIONLobanov O.S. 11 Saint Petersburg State University of Economics, Saint Petersburg, Russia (191023, Saint Petersburg, Sadovaya street, 21), e-mail: thelobanoff@gmail.com The article discusses the features of building the Information Space of St. Petersburg, which is necessary for the construction of a centralized decision-making system. Fragmentation of existing information systems in St. Petersburg was analyzed and it was showed how to integrate them into a single information space. Various information systems grouping was based on the concept of basic administrative and technological infrastructure that is a convenient tool for classifying and building relationships during the activities in the area of information space. Based on the developed method, an approach to the task of building an effective infrastructure of information systems and the choice of options for its cooperation was developed. The results can be used as a tool for transforming the variety of information systems into a single information environment, and the adoption of information technology to support informed decision-making at the level of the information space of St. Petersburg management. Keywords: informatization, centralization, datacenter, integration, knowledge management.
