Bei der Erkl~rung der Entstehungswdse sind hierbei drei grosse Gruppen zu unterseheiden, deren erste die Hautanomalien umfasst, die sich per continuitatem~ resp. per contiguitatem an innere Leiden anschliessen. Die zweite Gruppe begreift die Hautver~nderungen~ die auf dem Wege der ~ervenbahnen entstehen. Hierzu gehSren die sog. neuroti*chen Dermatosen und die Anoma]ien, welehe dureh die direct% im Folge peripherer oder eentraler Lasionen entstandene Funetionsst5rung der die ttaut versorgenden sensiblen, secretorischen~ vasomotorischen und trophischen Nervenfasern bedingt werden.
