The study aimed to reveal how individuals assess and view their psychological and legal safety in the time of the pandemic. We assumed that the way Russian citizens assess their personal psychological and legal safety is determined by social and psychological factors such as their age, gender, social standing. In order to achieve this objective we prepared a questionnaire. 740 individuals (278 males and 462 females between the ages of 10 and 80) took part in the study. It has been established that the majority of the respondents assess their own psychological safety as average (47.3%) and their legal safety as high (42.4%) and are ready to assume upon themselves the responsibility for their own security in the pandemic (47.9%). The subjective evaluation of one's personal psychological and legal safety involves one's gender (p≤0.01), age (p≤0.01) and social status (p≤0.01). The results of the research form the basis for the design of programs for psychological and legal assistance to the vulnerable categories of citizens.
The paper presents the results of an empirical study on the problem of social success. The relevance of the topic is caused by the necessity to organize the career guidance work and to provide psychological and pedagogical support in the process of personal formation of adolescents under the uncertainty and variability. The study was aimed to identify the peculiarities of the ideas of adolescents about the social success of a person in modern society and to study the level of evaluation of their own social success. The empirical study was conducted on the basis of secondary schools of Murmansk. The study involved 50 students of the 8–9 grades aged 14–15. The researchers used the “Successful Person” technique of G.R. Khuzeeva in the author’s modification, which included the construction of extra questions aimed to identify self-esteem of the respondents’ social success and the qualities, which help them to be successful. The study identified that teenagers associated social success with business qualities, such as purposefulness, hard work, and efficiency; they also understand the necessity of good education and well-developed communication skills to achieve success. The analysis of the results of the adolescents’ assessment of their own social success showed that 14 % of respondents rated their social success highly, 66 % of respondents rated their social success at an intermediate level and 20 % of respondents gave low ratings of their own social success. The obtained results formed the basis for the program of psychological and pedagogical support of adolescents in the process of professional and personal formation.
Цель. Данная статья посвящена теоретическому обзору трудов Карен Хорни. В работе рассматривается проблема внутриличностного конфликта с позиций социокультурной концепции. В предложенной статье раскрывается специфика возникновения, протекания и разрешения внутренних противоречий личности, которая была выявлена К. Хорни.Метод или методология проведения работы. Главными методами предложенной работы является теоретический анализ, синтез и обобщение основных положений теории личности К. Хорни.Результаты. В качестве результатов теоретического анализа выступают выводы о факторах и механизмах возникновения внутренних конфликтов личности.Область применения результатов. Обращение к трудам Карен Хорни позволяет сформировать теоретические основы дальнейшего эмпирического исследования проблемы внутриличностного конфликта личности в современном контексте.
