Мета дослідження полягає в аналізі партити «Macktoub» А. Нижника з позицій відповідності тенденціям розвитку жанру, виявлення специфіки формоутворення та стильових орієнтирів музичної мови автора та місця партитного жанру у творчості відомого українського композитора. Методологія дослідження формується від магістральної ролі застосування музикознавчого аналізу, який використовується для виявлення специфіки трактування жанру в партиті «Macktoub» А. Нижника. Наукова новизна. Загальні риси еволюції жанру партити в українській баянній музиці другої половини XX століття окреслені в наукових розвідках М. Булди, В. Єргієва, Я. Олексіва, А. Сташевського. Серед композиторів, які звертались до означеного жанру, автори згадують імена Володимира Зубицького, Анатолія Білошицького, Валерія Подвали, Юрія Шамо, Анатолія Гайденка та Артема Нижника. Його партита «Macktoub» є популярним твором концертно-конкурсного репертуару українських та зарубіжних баяністів-виконавців, але у науковому ракурсі цей твір досі не виступав у якості матеріалу дослідження. Отже, актуальність та наукова новизна статті зумовлена як творчими орієнтирами сучасної виконавської практики, так і необхідністю теоретичного осмислення творів, що нині репрезентують концертно-конкурсний репертуар баянного мистецтва України. Висновки. Партита «Macktoub» А. Нижника створена у відповідності до актуальних тенденцій сучасної баянної музики, що втілюється зокрема у використанні прийомів полістилістики, яка характерна для творчості композиторів епохи постмодерну. Специфіка музичної мови першої частини вказує на барокову стилізацію (на мотивному та тонально-гармонічному рівнях), а мова інших частин перекликається із творчістю відомого французького композитора-баяніста Ф. Анжеліса (що проявляється у використанні синкопованих та пунктирних ритмів у поєднанні зі змінними розмірами та частими тональними зіставленнями тематичного матеріалу).
