Цель. Изучить осведомленность и мнение пациентов с фибрилляцией предсердий (ФП) о профилактике инсульта. Материал и методы. Данное исследование, основанное на анкетировании 544 пациентов из трех регионов России, является третьей частью регистра ПРИМА-ТЕРРА. Анкетирование осуществлялось в период с 01.12.2012 г. по 01.07.2013 г. независимыми сотрудниками по специальному опроснику из 9 вопросов. Соотношение мужчин и женщин составило 42% против 58%, средний возраст 65,6±8,2 лет. Длительность анамнеза ФП составила 7,6±2,0 г. Средний балл CHA 2 DS 2-VASc-3,4±1,4. Результаты. Менее 70% пациентов информированы о возможных осложнениях ФП, из них менее трети-о риске инсульта. Только 62% больных считают, что принимают препараты для профилактики инсульта, из них только 31%-варфарин, 15%-новые пероральные антикоагулянты (НОАК). Большинство больных получают антиагреганты и их комбинации-медикаментозные средства, не рекомендованные для этой цели современными руководствами отечественных и европейских профессиональных кардиологических сообществ. Информированы о НОАК менее 60% опрошенных, при этом клинически значимая информация о преимуществах этой группы препаратов предоставлена врачами только 18% больных. Основная причина, ограничивающая широкое применение НОАК-дороговизна этих препаратов. Заключение. Информированность пациентов о тромбоэмболических осложнениях ФП крайне недостаточная. Для профилактики инсульта большинство больных принимают антиагреганты и их комбинации, менее половины-антикоагулянты. Основная причина отказа от приема НОАК-высокая стоимость этой группы препаратов.
