Аннотация. Важнейшим приоритетом «Стратегии развития фармацевтической промышленности Российской Федерации на период до 2020 года» является: направленность на стимулирование разработки и производства отечественных лекарственных средств. Разработка качественных, эффективных и безопасных лекарственных препаратов существенно зависит от их фармацевтической технологии производства, арсенала вспомогательных веществ, например, наполнителей, увлажнителей, пластификаторов, консервантов и т.п., а также от природы и соотношения ингредиентов, упаковки, транспортировки и условий хранения. Традиционная приверженность отечественного населения к лечению «натуральными» лекарствами определяет научный поиск и создание новых биологически активных препаратов на основе лекарственных веществ природного происхождения. В статье отражены результаты исследований по применению в технологии получения лекарственных препаратов современных вспомогательных веществ-высокомолекулярных соединений (ацетилфталилцеллюлоза, сополимер стирола с малеиновым ангидридом, низкомолекулярный полиэтилен, коллидон F90 повидон, лутрол F-127, полиэтиленгликоль 4000, кремофор СО-40). Эти высокомолекулярные соединения обеспечивают определенные преимущества разработанным лекарственным формам: суппозиториям с янтарной кислотой и одним из представителей группы действующих веществ природного происхождения-продукта пчеловодства-спиртового экстракта прополиса, драже с изониазидом и офлоксацином, и мазям, содержащим в своем составе лекарственные вещества природного происхождения.
