Досліджено зміни показників кардіогемодинаміки на тлі ішемії-реперфузії у 40 самців та самиць білих щурів та їх зв'язок з вмістом сірководню (Н 2 S) в сироватці крові. На моделі ішемії-реперфузії оцінені параметри серцевої гемодинаміки (коефіцієнт мікроциркуляції, насичення киснем лівого шлуночка, тиск у правому та лівому шлуночках) та вміст сірководню в сироватці крові. Встановлено, що у самців вихідні значення коефіцієнта мікроциркуляції лівого шлуночка та вміст Н 2 S у сироватці крові вірогідно менші (на 9-18%), ніж у самиць. За умов експериментальної оклюзії лівої коронарної артерії реєстрували зменшення вмісту Н 2 S в сироватці крові (у самців-на 64,5%, у самиць-на 51,1%), що супроводжувалося пригніченням мікроциркуляції та кисневого забезпечення кардіоміоцитів лівого шлуночка (зменшувалися коефіцієнт мікроциркуляції та сатурація киснем), послабленням його скоротливої здатності та порушенням внутрішньошлуночкової гемодинаміки (знижувався тиск у лівому та правому шлуночках). Вказані зміни були більш істотними у самців, ніж у самиць. Реперфузія вінцевої судини у тварин обох статей не викликала повного відновлення вмісту Н 2 S в сироватці крові та показників кардіогемодинаміки до вихідних значень, що свідчить про формування синдрому невідновленого вінцевого кровообігу. Введення NaHS не тільки перешкоджало розвитку ішемії серцевого м'яза, а й сприяло більш повноцінній реканалізації за рахунок покращення ефективної перфузії як у самців, так і у самиць. Вміст Н 2 S в сироватці крові виявляв прямі кореляційні зв'язки з коефіцієнтом мікроциркуляції, сатурацією кисню лівого шлуночка, тиском у правому та лівому шлуночках (у самців r=0,54-0,62; у самиць r=0,60-0,70). Отримані результати свідчать про важливу роль системи Н 2 S у регуляції мікроциркуляції та кардіогемодинаміки у самців та самиць щурів на тлі ішемії-реперфузії.
