This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of audit quality, size, leverage, and family ownerships on tax aggressiveness. The population of this research is manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The method of determining sample using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique and obtained 125 observations. Data analysis techniques uisng multiple linear regression. The result of analysis shows that audit quality has a negative effect on tax aggressiveness measured by cash effective tax rate (CETR) and has positive effect on tax aggressiveness measured by book tax difference (BTD). Size has a negative effect on tax aggressiveness measured by effective tax rate (ETR) and book tax difference 9BTD). Leverage has a positive effect on tax aggressiveness measured by effective tax rate (ETR). Family ownerships has a positive effect on tax aggressiveness measured by cash effective tax rate.

This study aims to investigate the impact of e-filing system performance on tax compliance applying DeLone and McLean IS Success Model. The study samples are 128 Indonesian micro, small, and medium entrepreneur (MSME) that selected using proportional random sampling. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results showed that information quality and service quality have a positive effect on system use. In addition, information quality and system quality positively affect user satisfaction. By contrast, there is no impact of trust in e-government to either system use and user satisfaction. System use and user satisfaction positively influence taxpayers' compliance. Meanwhile, gender does not moderate the effect of system use and user satisfaction on tax compliance.
Setiap UMKM dalam pengelolaannya untuk mencapai keberhasilan usaha memerlukan penerapan prinsip-prinsip manajemen dan peranan pelaku usaha untuk menjalankan fungsi-fungsi utama manajemen. Dengan memiliki orientasi kewirausahaan dan kemampuan manajemen yang baik diharapkan dapat membuat dan menjalankan strategi yang tepat bagi usahanya. Salah satu fungsi manajemen yang sangat penting adalah fungsi pemasaran. Strategi pemasaran perlu dilakukan untuk menghadapi persaingan dan memenuhi keinginan konsumen Para pelaku UMKM dituntut dapat menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat. Strategi digital marketing dapat membantu menciptakan koneksi dan membangun hubungan dengan konsumen, serta meningkatkan kesadaran merek dan loyalitas konsumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa para UMKM di Kota Denpasar memiliki potensi yang besar dalam pengembangan usaha dengan strategi digital marketing dan meningkatkan perekonomian di Kota Denpasar. Faktor pendukung dalam pengembangan masyarakat ini meliputi sumber daya alam, nilai kearifan lokal dan sumber daya manusia serta partisipasi para pelaku usaha yang cukup tinggi. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah keterbatasan modal.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil empiris yang berkaitan dengan persepsi sistem informasi perpajakan dan kepatuhan wajib pajak profesi dokter dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model dan model DeLone & McLean. Sampel yang berjumlah 45 sampel dipili dengan menggunakan proportional random sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner via google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM-PLS sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kebermanfaatan berpengaruh positif pada kepatuhan pajak, sedangkan variabel lainnya yaitu variabel persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, penggunaan sistem, dan kepuasan pengguna sistem tidak berpengaruh pada kepatuhan pajak secara parsial.
