Tourist area is one of the potential to be developed and managed maximally which is directly related to the community. Tourism area development is generally followed by various efforts carried out, for example, revitalization & redesign. Revitalsasi is building the infrastructure and manage the functions of a place as a tourist destination at the same time a means of recreation for families. The island of Bali has a lot of beauty to be enjoyed by tourists. One is the Padang Galak Beach in Denpasar. Padang Galak Beach has a Festival Park that will be managed like Ancol beach in Jakarta which is equipped with entertainment rides. But in 2000 there was an Asian economic crisis so that the Taman Festival Bali went bankrupt. The government should pay attention to the existence of Taman Festival Bali tourism objects whose conditions need to be redesigned.To reduce the destroyed buildings, it is expected that with the development and revitalization of the Taman Festival Bali, it can be useful to increase the attractiveness of the Bali Garden Festival in the eyes of tourists. Some things in the Taman Festival Bali need addressed both in terms of facilities, the addition of rides, attractions, Sea World Theater 4 dimensions, as well as the comfort of the interior be primary points to revive the Taman Festival Bali. The design method used through some hangovers, namely: Object Identification; Problem Identification Phase; Method of collecting data; Analysis and Design Methods; and Design Methods. The concept applied at Taman Festival Bali is a combination of shades of coastal concepts that aim to solve the problems that exist in this design object.
<p class="Abstract"><em><span lang="EN-GB">The purpose of this study was to formulate criteria and indicators for buildings that have resistance to covid-19, then study the physical aspects of the Pedawa Village traditional house building. This study is a mixed method study that integrates qualitative and quantitative methods. Interpretive criticism were used to formulate the criteria. Measurements with a 1-3 scale and JMP statistical analysis tool were used to formulate the conditions of physical aspects of the Pedawa Village traditional house. The result shows that there are three main criteria for Covid-19 responsive buildings, including utility, layout, and materials. The evaluation of the Pedawa Village traditional houses show that the house meets 12 of the 18 indicators of the covid-19 response house. These indicators include water supply, drainage, building orientation, ventilation direction, distance between buildings, site area, open space, building massing composition, and choice of materials and materials.</span></em></p>
Sustainable development is raised as the theme of the article which is then analyzed based on the value of local wisdom with three main pillars, namely economic, environmental, and social aspects. Manik Ring Cucupu, Tattwa, Susila, Upacara, and Tri Hita Karana are the values of local wisdom used in organizing sustainable development in Taman Harmoni. The purpose of writing this article is to know the existence of economic, environmental, and social aspects that are the pillars of sustainable development in the Taman Harmoni tourist area based on the values of local wisdom. The method used is Qualitative Descriptive with data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews, and literature studies. The result of this writing is sustainable development in the economic aspect prioritizes the natural sustainability of the environment which is assumed to be a “container” as well as the value of local wisdom Manik Ring Cucupu which perceives the built environment with a natural environment such as a fetus in the womb of a mother; Sustainable development in environmental aspects is planned based on the value of local wisdom, namely Tattwa (philosophy), Susila (ethics), and Upacara (religious rituals); Sustainable development in environmental aspects, dividing the area of Taman Harmoni into three areas namely Parahyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan in accordance with the teaching values of Tri Hita Karana.
<p><em>Development and management are two factors that influence the existence of a tourist area. Taman Harmoni, located in the Bukit Asah area of Bugbug Village, Karangasem is an area that has been under development and management by the Bugbug Traditional Village Tourism Development Agency (BP2DAB) since 2016. The development carried out by BP2DAB is considered successful in attracting visitors to always come back. Bugbug Village realizes that the potential of nature and culture is a priceless investment and if not managed properly it will harm the lives of future generations. Not only has a negative impact on economic factors, this negligence also causes degradation of natural environmental factors and socio-cultural factors. Tri Hita Karana is one of the local wisdom that teaches about the three causes of happiness or harmony. BP2DAB makes Tri Hita Karana a concept in managing the Taman Harmoni tourist area. Elements of Tri Hita Karana will be implemented in each of the development factors carried out. The purpose of this paper is to determine the extent to which the implementation of the Tri Hita Karana concept in the management of the Taman Harmoni Bukit Asah tourism object, Bugbug Karangasem. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through direct observation, interviews, and literature study. The result of this paper is a form of implementation of the elements of Parahyangan, Pawongan and Palemahan in the management of the Taman Harmoni at Bukit Asah Bugbug, Karangasem.</em><em></em></p>
