Bogor Fruit Garden Gunung Menyan merupakan taman wisata alam, edukasi yang menyenangkan dengan konsep outing class, memiliki lahan seluas 3,30 ha yang ditanami tanaman hortikultura, yaitu kombinasi antara taman bunga, buah dan fitofarmaka. Sedangkan wisata alam Pantai Panjang memiliki panjang pantai pasir putih 10 km yang tumbuh dengan baik pohon Cemara Laut dan Taman Hutan Raya (Tahura) Rajo Lelo di Bengkulu yang diprogramkan menjadi habitat baru bunga Rafflesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (i) menganalisis komponen penting dan diperlukan dalam pengelolaan ekowisata menghadapi endemi pasca pandemi; (ii) merumuskan dan merekomendasikan elemen-elemen kunci pengelolaan ekowisata sebagai dasar strategi operasional pengelolaan ekowisata. Penelitian dilakukan di kawasan wisata BFG Gunung Menyan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor, Pantai Panjang dan Tahura Rajo Lelo di Bengkulu pada Nopember 2021 hingga Februari 2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM), dengan menyertakan tiga elemen (tujuan, tolok ukur dan kendala). Analisis ISM akan menghasilkan sub-elemen kunci dan 4 (empat) klasifikasi sub-elemen, yaitu Autonomous, Dependent, Linkage dan Independent. Analisis ISM dapat menyediakan keadaan yang sangat baik untuk memperoleh keragaman dan sudut pandang berbeda yang sangat kompleks. Elemen-elemen sistem disajikan dalam sebuah gambaran grafikal dari setiap hubungan dan tingkat hirarkinya. Ditemukan sebagai tujuan kunci adalah menciptakan lapangan kerja dan memberdayakan masyarakat UMKM dengan Driver Power sebesar 7 dan Dependence sebesar 2. Sebagai tolok ukur kunci adalah peningkatan konservasi lahan dengan Driver Power sebesar 6 dan Dependence sebesar 1, dan sebagai kendala kunci adalah konflik perebutan sumber daya lahan dengan Driver Power sebesar 7 dan Dependence sebesar 1.
