The goal of this study is to find out to what extent the Use of Vokoscreen as a Learning Video on students’ speaking skill in E-Learning at SMP Yapidh district Jati Asih. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The participants are 35 students on grade IX at SMP Yapidh. These students are chosen because they would have practical examination. The instruments are observation and interview. The result showed that the most students answered paid attention to the researchers’ explanation, they used vokoscreen application well, they joined actively in learning activity, they made an interesting presentation based on a topic, felt happy using vokoscreen as a learning video, and more confident in speaking English activity. Only a few students could not maximal in this learning because their internet connection and some private problems. The interview result showed that all students said positive answer about their opinion used vokoscreen application on speaking activity. There are 35 participants answered “like” and 2 participants answered dislike. Based on the results of this investigate could conclude that the foremost students on grade nineth at SMPIT Yapidh are propelled and appreciated on speaking activity in e-learning using vokoscreen as learning video, in reality the result of this inquire about demonstrated that the students more certainty and incremen their briefly speaking English.
This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the international curriculum, namely the Cambridge curriculum, to determine the concept of the Cambridge curriculum and the manifestation of the concept, namely the application of the Cambridge curriculum and to determine the results achieved in implementing the Cambridge curriculum at Madina Islamic School. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection was done by interview, observation, and documentation methods. To check the validity of the data obtained, the researcher used the source triangulation method. The results of the research conducted indicate that (1) The form of application of the Cambridge curriculum at Madina Islamic School is by requiring all students to have a Cambridge certificate in at least one field of study by taking the Cambridge certification exam. Coaching is held once a week for one subject or one subject as well as intensive coaching is carried out for two days before the Cambridge certification exam. (2) The inhibiting and supporting factors of the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum in student learning from the results show that the guidance and assistance carried out by the school, namely the principal and the teacher council to their students through the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum in student learning so that students increasingly show their true identity character.
The research consists of two variables, namely the independent variable (Synectics Technique)and the dependent variable (Vocabulary Acquisition). The purpose of this research is to findout whether or not there is significant effect of synectics technique on students’ vocabularyacquisition. This research was conducted on grade ten students of SMK Budi Perkasa TambunSelatan in academic year of 2017/2018. Research method used in this research was quasiexperimental, quantitative and the design was randomized post-test only control group design.The analysis using SPSS-based One Way Anova Formula produced significance (Sig.) valueof 0.033. since the significance value was smaller than (<)0.05, Ho is rejected and HAisaccepted. (Fobserved)5.018 also showed that is higher than the critical value of (Ftable) (at thesignificant level of 0.05 and df (1; 60)), namely 4.02. it can be concluded that Fobserved (5.018)> Ftable (4.02). Accordingly the research concludes that there is significant effect of synecticstechnique on grade ten students’ vocabulary acquisition at SMK Budi Perkasa Tambun Selatanin the Academic Year of 2017-2018.
Changes in the order of learning, which are all face-to-face to online, certainly have many consequences, one of which is the aspect of achievement motivation. This study determines how social support and interest in online learning influence student achievement motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing online questionnaires. The population of this study is 2200 students using the slovin formula (5%), so the sample in this study is 338 students. Data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression with t-test and F-test as hypothesis testing. The calculation results of the data obtained by the multiple linear regression equation are Y = 41.561 + 0.471 - 0.189, with a large influence on social support and online learning interest with the student achievement motivation variable, namely 53.6%. The results of the hypothesis test obtained are tcount for social support variable 10,600 ttable (1,967), count for online learning interest variable 5,161 ttable (1,967. Simultaneously, Fount 194,868 Ftable 3.02. Based on these results, it is stated that the variables of social support and interest are online learning has a positive and significant effect on students' achievement motivation variables.
