Bakteri tersebut diantaranya yaitu : Bacillus sp., Escherichia coli, Enterobacter cloacea, Enterobacter aerogenes, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Alcaligenes sp., Pseudomonas sp., Enterobacter agglomerans, Proteus vugaris, Proteus mirabilis, Enterobacter hafniae, Kliebsella sp., Lactobacillus sp., Morganella morganii, Brevundimonas vesicularis, Nitrococcus mobilis, Fusobacterium aquatile, dan Fusobacterium necrogenes.
The research aims to know the influence of the nested type of integrated science learning model on junior high school students’ (1) critical thinking skills, (2) collaboration skills, and (3) the critical thinking skills and collaboration skills simultaneously. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research is the whole class VII of SMPN 2 Godean. The sampling technique was cluster random sampling, so that class VII A was obtained as an experimental class, and class VII C as a control class. The learning in experiment class was conducted by using a nested type science integration model with a scientific approach, while the learning in control class with the scientific approach that teachers normally use in learning. The instruments used in this research are (1) pretest and posttest critical thinking skills, (2) collaboration skills observation sheets, and (3) learning achievement sheets. The analysis technique used is the independent sample t-test, manova test, and effect size. The result showed that there was a significant effect of learning the integration of nested science types on junior high school students’ (1) critical thinking skills in the medium category, (2) collaboration skills in the medium category, and (3) critical thinking skills and collaboration skills simultaneously.
Li ion battery or LIB is an energy storage device that provides and store electrical energy and chemical energy, respectively. LIBs have been widely developed in the energy sector owing to their considerable high energy density, high capacity, and long-life cycle. In this study, the LiFePO4/C cathode was synthesized from various precursors FeC2O4, FePO4, Fe3(PO4)2, Fe2O3 obtained via co-precipitation method, and continued with solid-state. The effects of precursors were studied in this study. The precursor and the resulting product were analyzed using XRD, FTIR, SEM, and EDX, while the electrochemical performance was tested using charge-discharge, cycle stability and rate capability. All precursors were successfully synthesized as evidenced by XRD, FTIR, SEM, and EDX characterization tests. Based on electrochemical performance test, the highest capacity that can be achieved is 109 mAh/g obtained from LFP with FeC2O4 precursor, with a reduction in capacity of 54.7% after 50 cycles.
Background: The irrational prescribing is one of the problems in health care in Indonesia. The irrational prescribing can cause medication errors, increase costs, the possibility of adverse drug side effects or drug interactions that may inhibit the quality of care. The purpose of this study is to know the rationality of drug prescribing in March 2016 in Hospital X, Jakarta. Methods: This study assessed a prescribing which admitted in March at X hospital with descriptive analysis design and samples taken by multistage sampling. Results: 384 prescription were used and the results of this study : 23,96 % (92) rational prescribing, 5,47 % (21) incomplete administrative prescription, 15.88% (61) overprescribing, 11.20% (43) underprescribing, 15,36 % (59) multiple prescribing, 4.95 % (19) extravagant prescribing and 23.18% (89) polypharmacy. Conclusion: Rational presription 23.96% and the most irrational prescription form is polypharmacy 23.18% .
