There are several obstacles, such as obstacles in teaching by using e-learning as devices, teachers' knowledge, time management, and students ’motivation. In order to run e-learning entirely, then these obstacles should be solved first. Landslide is a movement of soil with slope direction and moves it on a slide. This study aimed to predict the landslide susceptibility map by using a frequency ratio. It used seven causative factors, such as slope, curvature, land use, lithology, distance to a river, distance to lineament, and rainfall. The result showed the AUC of success rate and predicted rate produced high accuracy with 0.907 and 0.904, respectively. According to the frequency ratio, the slope was the most influential than the other causative factors with 7.15. The landslide susceptibility divided into five classes, i.e. very low, low, moderate, high, and very high. Landslide susceptibility with very high and high was 19%. Moreover, classes susceptibility of very low, low, and moderate were 71%. The presentation of very high and high susceptibility is low, but it was located on an upper stream, and it will be a danger if to the downstream.
Fruit juice is one of the favorite soft drink products in Indonesia. PT. Amanah Prima Indonesia is an agroindustry company that produces the fruit juice RTD for the HORECA market. In the company's activities, the company will not be separated from a plan. One of the planning activities is forecast demand. The results of product demand forecast can assist in the decisions making to determine the amount of raw material inventory needs. The purpose of the research are: 1) to find out the forecast method used by the company, 2) to analyze the best demand forecast method, and 3) to analyze the optimal amount of the raw material inventory requirements based on the best forecast method results. This research used product sales data in the period of May 2016-April 2018. Demand forecast analysis used the ARIMA method and Exponential Smoothing method. Then inventory analysis used the Min-max Stock method. The result of this research shows that the forecasting system used by the company is currently unrealistic because it has big significant of difference with the actual data. The best time series model of forecast analysis acquires ARIMA model with value of MSE was smaller than DES (Holt) model. Analysis of the raw material inventory requirements with Min-Max Stock results obtain supplies the raw material of strawberry puree is 1688 kilograms, with safety stock of 106 kilograms puree, minimum stock of 830 kilograms puree, maximum stock of 1447 kilograms puree, and reorder point for the next purchase of strawberry as much as 562 kilograms.

Blogs have gained popularity among language teachers as a tool to develop students' writing skills. However, using blogs in teaching writing has not been widely practised in Indonesia depite the positive effects on students' learning as reported in the literature. This paper examines the development of students' communicative writing skills through blogging. The data were collected from students' writing based on different themes posted in a class blog over a five-week period. Using Franker's ELT blog rubric as a framework for analysis, the findings were classified into four codes of communicative skills in writing: creativity, critical thinking, voice and comment. The findings indicate a general improvement on the students' communicative skills in writing based on these codes. Students also responded positively towards the use of blogging in developing their communicative skills in writing. Not only blogging helped to develop their minds critically and evaluatively, they were able to write their thoughts and respond to others' point of view freely without the presence of the instructor and fellow friends. Such findings indicate that with advance of technology in education, blogs can be an alternative medium for teaching writing in class, especially in this IR4.0 era.
