The background in this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between the ease and trust of an e-commerce with customers who buy goods online, with this ease and trust whether purchasing goods online is increasing what are the factors that make sales increase and the variables that influence it, with the ease of using this e-commerce system and with a high level of trust, the public will be more confident shopping in an e-commerce media, because the seller provides the best service or has a very good product so that people buy with believe in the products they buy. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods by conducting surveys to several customers who have used e-commerce media, is it easy and trustworthy in an e-commerce to increase sales, therefore, with the survey media, data is obtained primarily and the truth can be justified. With the ease and level of confidence about customers, shopping on an e-commerce can increase, with the increase, we can find out what variables can make customers shop more online, therefore variables must be known by sellers with an e-commerce system, with known variables such as ease of trust and the presence of a low price level, product sales will increase. This research will produce data that can determine whether there is a relationship between convenience and trust in purchasing goods online, with this data it can be used as a basis for further research and can be the basis for developing e-commerce systems today.
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah bagaimana memilih Manajer terbaik di perusahaan menggunakan algoritma AHP. Kemudian dapat ditentukan siapa Manajer terbaik. Berdasarkan sistem yang akan di input dan diproses oleh sistem sehingga akan menghasilkan output yang maksimal dan tidak berpihak pada siapapun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Dan studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan 2 metode tersebut akan dapat memberikan sesuatu yang baru khususnya dalam bidang perumusan masalah dan akan ditemukan novelty baru setelah itu metode tersebut adalah dengan melakukan uji coba dengan menginput proses dan output sehingga dapat diketahui siapa yang terbaik siswa di sekolah. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana menentukan Manajer terbaik. Berdasarkan sistem bukan berdasarkan pilihan seseorang dengan sistem akan membantu pihak perusahaan dalam menentukan manajer terbaik sehingga tidak memihak salah satu pihak dan salah memilih pilihan. Pada penelitian ini akan menghasilkan data yang dapat diketahui manajer mana yang akan dipilih menjadi manajer terbaik di perusahaan berdasarkan proses algoritma AHP yang telah dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.
The current study explores the experiences of working students, especially in higher learning institutions in coping with the challenges of working while studying. It is expected that the suggestions and recommendations from the study can improve working students’ experiences to be successful in both working and studying. This qualitative research investigates the experiences of working students at the International Islamic University Malaysia. Some working students were purposively chosen and interviewed to know the challenges they faced and how they overcome the problems. The findings of the current study show that the informants fully understood the concept of working while studying and considered it as a financial necessity and self-improvement. The informants exposed several challenges of working students such as time constraints and commitment to their studies. Despite the challenges, the informants considered working while studying as a motivation to further develop themselves and acquire necessary skills for better employment. This study is important as many college students are working while enrolled in higher education. They may experience time constraints managing the responsibilities of both student and worker. Thus, it is significant to understand their experiences that may affect the future of their academic studies. This study provides some implications and recommendations for working students to overcome the challenges. They include time management, commitment, discipline, and responsibility.
The background of this research is to know the effectiveness of using QR codes for E-ticket payments in the ticket booking system in the transportation sector, by providing easy payments to the public, it will be able to facilitate ordering and payment of tickets, therefore it will be able to increase ticket sales. The research method used is to use the literature review method by reviewing many journals and finding the latest research problems so that the research carried out becomes renewable research and can solve the research problems raised. The problem raised in this study is by analyzing the effectiveness of using QR codes, data obtained from previous research studies, by conducting literature reviews, will be able to find problems and solutions from the research raised. This research will produce a system proposal that will make it easier for the public to use the ticket payment system, the use of QR codes will simplify transactions and speed up the payment process.
Human resources is an asset that plays an important role in a company, because humans who manage and run activities that exist within the organization. One of the most influential aspects in achieving the objectives of a company is recruitment and selection of work, because recruitment and selection is a condition that moves people to a particular destination. Recruitment and selection of work can benefit employee and company performance. method is the authors take descriptive quantitative by using the sample technique saturated, the number of respondents as much as 50 respondents using SPSS version 22. In the results of research authors can know, that the relationship of recruitment and selection of a very strong performance that is equal to 0.887 (89%) the influence of recruitment and selection on performance. The amount of coefficient of determination 0,786 or equal to 78,6%, while the rest is 21,4% (100% -78,6%) explained by other causal factors and significant level of 0.000 then H1 accepted, regression equation significant, so that regression equation that can be formed is: Y = 7,722 + 0,802X, therefore the existing level of motivation must be maintained and should be further improved especially in the employee's own performance.
