This study was carried out to determine stomatal distribution and density in leaves of 18 Turkish hazelnut cultivars. Stomata were detected only on the lower leaf surface (hypostomatous). The number of stomata varied between 83.08 (Kalınkara) and 117.73 (Sivri) per mm
AbstractThe European directive 1999/13/CE for the reduction of VOCs emissions from solvent use in some activities has been studied both for its impact on the evolution of VOCs emissions of concerned sectors from 1995 to 2015, as weil as for ils econo mical impact and for the number of installations which could be concerned. The total economical impact has been estimated by using the ARGUS model, developed by IFARE for analysis of VOCs reduction strategies and cost function elaborat ion This study is the first part of a larger project carried by CITEPA and IFARE on the request of ADEME, with accordance of the French environment Ministry, following the favorable advice of the « comité de gestion de la taxe parafiscale " (October, 21 1998
