Vergegenständlichungsprozesse von Literatur in der Variante von Verrechtlichungsprozessen sind der Literaturgeschichte nur allzu vertraut. Hierbei sind Fälle dezidiert ‚fiktionaler‘ Literatur besonders störanfällig und mindestens dem Anschein nach als aporetisch zu verzeichnen. Die (vermeintliche) Aporie äußert sich genau dann, wenn fiktionale Literatur Gegenstand eines juristischen Materialisierungsprozesses wird.
