Salah satu upaya di dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat terutama dari aspek gizi masyarakat adalah melalui usaha perbaikan gizi keluarga. Usaha perbaikan gizi keluarga selama ini dititikberatkan pada kegiatan penyuluhan gizi, pelayanan gizi, pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan yang dapat dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat sendiri atau kader. Disamping itu kegiatan pemantauan pertumbuhan balita di posyandu mengalami penurunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi peran kader dalam upaya perbaikan gizi balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mila. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan secara crossectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh kader yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mila yang berjumlah 110 orang, yang menjadi sampel yaitu 50 orang. Hasil penelitian analisis Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendidikan (p=0,028), pengetahuan (p=0,034) dan motivasi (p=0,016) terhadap peran kader dalam upaya perbaikan gizi balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mila Kabupaten Pidie dan tidak ada pengaruh sikap terhadap peran kader dalam upaya perbaikan gizi balita. Saran Diharapkan puskesmas memberikan motivasi internal dan eksternal bagi kader posyandu yang aktif dan memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan kemampuan kader posyandu.
Background: Hand washing is an alternative, effective and inexpensive method that can be used to prevent infectious diseases. Washing hands with soap can improve children's health. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hand hygiene intervention on the level of knowledge and skills of elementary school students. The method used to conduct this research is a critical review, namely by reviewing articles from databases such as Google Scholar, Pubmed, Direct, Medline. The search keywords used were: quantitative studies on delivery, intervention, hand hygiene, skills, children, and primary school. The selected articles are articles that meet the standard writing criteria, which were published between 2017-2021, both in English and Indonesian. Based on these evaluation criteria, 20 (twenty) studies were obtained. From the results of a literature search, several studies on the use of intervention strategies to provide hand hygiene health education found that although there were other intervention strategies to improve hand hygiene, there were significant differences in both knowledge and skills after being given the intervention. The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world, Indonesia and Aceh Province has impacted various sectors. Not only the economic sector, the teaching and learning process is also disrupted. The teaching and learning process cannot be done face-to-face, to prevent the spread of the corona virus. Anticipating the transmission of the virus, the government has issued various policies, such as isolation, social and physical distancing to large-scale social restrictions (PSBB). The purpose of the study was to identify whether the influence of online and offline learning models on the psychological impact of STIKes Medika Nurul Islam students. The type of research used is quantitative with a one-sample quasi-experimental design. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 160 students with sampling techniques using random sampling techniques. In this study researchers assessed the psychological impact of students with 3 aspects, anxiety, stress and depression using a watershed questionnaire. The results of this study showed there was an influence of online and offline learning on the psychological impact of students with a value of < 0.05. student anxiety was obtained p value 0.010, student stress was obtained p value 0.023, and student depression was obtained p value 0.001. From the results of this study that there is an influence of online and offline learning methods on the psychological impact of students. Selama masa pandemi Covid-19, memberikan perawatan kepada pasien Covid-19 yang kritis dan dirawat di Ruang Intensif menimbulkan tantangan tersendiri bagi perawat. Berbagai metode perawatan, model asuhan keperawatan, pengaturan sumber daya perawat yang terampil dalam penanganan Covid-19 serta pengaturan jam kerja perawat yang bertugas, dilakukan untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang terbaik kepada pasien Covid-19, dengan harapan dapat menurunkan morbiditas dan mortalitas pada pasien kasus tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penelusuran literatur mengenai pengalaman perawat selama merawat pasien Covid-19 di Ruang Intensif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah diagram PRISMA dengan jumlah artikel yang dianalisis sebanyak 25 artikel yang ditelusuri melalui database Pubmed, Proquest dan Science Direct dengan jumlah seluruh artikel yang ditelusuri berdasarkan kata kunci: pengalaman perawat, Covid-19 dan ruang intensif adalah sebanyak 276 artikel. Sebagian besar perawat yang bertugas merawat pasien Covid-19 di Ruang Intensif menunjukkan gejala depresi, cemas, insomnia yang lebih dibanding dengan perawat yang bertugas di ruang rawat non covid-19 akibat adanya perubahan sosial berupa pembatasan komunikasi dengan keluarga maupun teman. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini adalah memberikan program pendidikan atau pelatihan intensif kepada perawat untuk mencegah dan mengendalikan infeksi Covid-19, pengaturan jam kerja dan shift kepada perawat untuk mengurangi stres dan kelelahan dalam merawat pasien Covid -19.
