The purpose of this study was to analyze the form of direct speech acts and the function of explicit humanist directive speech acts. The data source in this research is the film "Anak Negeri Kisah Masa Kecil Ganjar Pranowo" by the director Mirwan Arfah. The data were collected using the observation method, basic tapping techniques, advanced technique of listening to the free to speak competently, and the advanced technique of note-taking. The validity of the data used triangulation: source, technique, and time. Data were analyzed using the practical matching method with the basic technique of sorting the determinants. Based on the mode, it includes: declarative, interrogative, and imperative. The function of direct humanist directive speech acts includes: asking, begging, inviting, asking, ordering, prohibiting, forgiving, and advising.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bentuk tindak tutur langsung dan fungsi tindak tutur direktif humanis langsung. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah film "Anak Negeri Kisah Masa Kecil Ganjar Pranowo" Sutradara Mirwan Arfah. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode simak, teknik dasar sadap, teknik lanjutan simak bebas libat cakap (SBLC), dan teknik lanjutan catat. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi: sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode padan pragmatis dengan teknik dasar pilah unsur penentu (PUP). Berdasarkan modusnya, meliputi: deklaratif, interogatif, dan imperatif. Fungsi tindak tutur direktif humanis langsung, meliputi: meminta, memohon, mengajak, bertanya, memerintah, melarang, memaafkan, dan menasihati.
Buku adalah salah satu sarana sumber belajar terbaik bagi anak. Namun yang menjadi masalah jumlah buku cerita anak tidak sebanding dengan jumlah kegiatan yang ada. Padahal banyak sekali cerita unik dan menarik yang bisa dijadikan referensi untuk mengembambangkan buku cerita anak. Misalnya yaitu buku cerita anak dwi bahasa bermuatan kearifan lokal Semarangan. Buku cerita anak dwibahasa mengajarkan anak untuk mengenal bahasa ibu atau bahasa lokal daerah tempat tinggal. Kemudian kearifan lokal Semarangan, diambil karena Semarang memiliki beragam budaya yang unik dan menarik. Budaya Semarangan adalah akulturasi dari tiga kebudayaan yang menyatu yaitu Cina, Arab dan Jawa. Cerita anak bermuatan kearifan lokal mengandung moral value (Nilai karakter) yang sangatlah beragam. Misalkan toleransi, gotong royong, kekeluargaan dan lainya. Buku cerita anak dianggap sebagai Gerakan Literasi Sekolah yang paling mudah dan menyenangkan, karena buku cerita yang disajikan adalah buku cerita yang memiliki kandungan dan kebudayaan kearifan lokal yang multikultural. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode Research and Development. Diperlukan adanya research terhadap kebutuhan anak terhadap seberapa besar minatnya terhadap buku cerita anak untuk kemudian baru dikembangkan menjadi buku cerita anak yang utuh berkearifan lokal. Dalam implementasinya terdapat empat prinsip pengembangan buku pengayaan cerita anak bermuatan kearifan lokal Semarangan, yakni: berdasarkan aspek isi, penyajian, bahasa, dan grafika. The media saturated era demands the education circle, including Indonesian language teachers not only being able to operate the media, but also being critical of the content within it. At this time, there are 25% of Indonesian language teachers who have media literacy skills. The measurement of individual competence-based media literacy skill aims to measure the level of one's ability in using and utilizing the media. The measurement methodology based on two categories of measurement standards; namely the level of personal competence and social competence. The conclusion of this conceptual study is media literacy will be implemented in teaching and learning process of Indonesian subjects. Therefore, the level of literacy skill of Indonesian language teachers needs to be known for sure. One of them is to make sure the conduciveness of language skill learning, which is vital in the demand of 21 st Century skills and reference of Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) for students.
