This study was conducted to examine the effect of proxied ownership structure using institutional ownership, foreign ownership and managerial ownership variables which are moderated by the characteristics of the board of commissioners as proxied by the size of the board of commissioners, and the proportion of independent board of commissioners on company performance as measured by the firm's financial performance. Proxied by return on assets and return on equity and firm value proxied by Tobin's Q and market to book ratio. With a total of 81 samples from financial service companies listed on the IDX in 2018 tested using WarpPLS 7.0, the researchers found that ownership structure has a negative effect on financial performance and firm value, the characteristics of the board of commissioners have a positive effect on financial performance and firm value, and only interaction characteristics the board of commissioners in the relationship between ownership structure and financial performance which can be a moderating variable.

: This research revolves around the effect of company performance, CSR rating on company value by using companies listed on the IDX in 2019, the sample was selected using the purposive sampling method, and got a total of 35 companies as the sample used in the test. The variables used in this study include CSR Rating, Return On Assets and Net Profit Margin as indicators of company performance, Tobin's Q and Price to Book Value as indicators of firm value. SEM-PLS was used as a test tool using WarpPLS 7.0. The variables in this study are transformed formatively into latent variables. The result is that the company's performance has a significant positive effect on firm value, the CSR rating has a positive, weakly significance, and the CSR rating can positively moderate the relationship between company performance and firm value.
The Sustainable Development Goals have become the UN's global goals in the 2015 to 2030 time frame. To achieve these goals, Indonesia has designated a National Roadmap for Sustainable Development Goals in Presidential Regulation Number 59 of 2017. The Presidential Regulation serves as a guideline for Ministries or Agencies in National Actions Plans on Sustainable Development Goals in their respective domains. Including in the Public Procurement of Goods/Services has been fostered to increase sustainable procurement. This Systematic Literature Review has been looking for research evidence to reveal the contribution of e-procurement in the Sustainable Development Goals in Indonesia for the last decade. The evidence has been systematically collected by following the SLR protocol from the indexing Portal Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) specific for published articles in Indonesia. Meanwhile, the international research on sustainable procurement has been ongoing since 2001; the review here shows that there has not been much research on sustainable procurement in Indonesia. The results of this review offer a future research agenda for sustainable procurement in Indonesia.
The study aims to determine the effect of the quality of licensing services for Building Construction Permits (IMB) including physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy for community satisfaction in the services of the Public Works Office of Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning in Surabaya. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 187, using data analysis is PLS (Partial Least Square). The results showed that physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy had a significant positive effect on community satisfaction of users of IMB permit services in Surabaya Public Works and Spatial Planning Office.
