Depression among college students is very common. College students are special groups that are in transition from adolescence to adulthood that can create stress in one's life. College students try to fit in, make plans for the future, and being away from home often causes anxiety and results in depression for college students. In addition, during the Covid-19 pandemic, students felt bored at home, did not understand material optimally, were confused with online learning methods, and felt their abilities and grades dropped dramatically. This study aims to determine the level of student depression during the Covid-19 pandemic. The quantitative research with a descriptive analytic approach. The research sample was 147 students, the study was conducted in May 2020 on the students of Akper Dharma Wacana. The research instrument used the BDI II questionnaire. Data were analyzed univariately with a frequency distribution. The results showed that 21.1% of students had mild depression, 17% of students had moderate depression and 3.4% had severe depression.
Abortion as one of the causes of maternal death is a matter of great concern. According to the WHO estimated at 15% -50% of maternal deaths associated with abortion. In Southeast Asia the annual incidence of abortion reaches 4.2 million and in Indonesia it reaches 1.5 million. The purpose of this study is to know the correlations between age and gestational distance with the incidence of abortion in hospitals Jend. Ahmad Yani Metro in 2015. The type of analytic survey research using case control approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women who were treated in RSUD Jend. Ahmad Yani Metro in 2014, amounting to 518 people with samples taken as many as 260 people consisting of 130 people in the case group and 130 people for the control group. The analysis in this study used chi square test. The results of statistical tests showed that there was an association of age with abortus occurrence (p-value 0,000 OR 4.021; CI; 95%: 2,161-7,483), there was a correlation between pregnancy distance and abortus occurrence (p-value: 0,000, OR 3.955; CI; 95 %: 2,354-8,556). Research shows there is a correlations between age and gestational distance with the incidence of abortion.
Latar belakang: Kepuasan pasien adalah indikator pertama dari standar suatu rumah sakit dan merupakan suatu ukuran mutu pelayanan. Kepuasan pasien yang rendah akan berdampak terhadap jumlah kunjungan dirumah sakit. Sikap perawat terhadap pasien juga akan berdampak terhadap kepuasan pasien dimana kebutuhan pasien dari waktu ke waktu akan meningkat, begitu pula tuntutannya akan mutu pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi pasien pada pelayanan keperawatan dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang Paviliun RSUD Jend. Ahmad Yani Metro tahun 2014.Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, rancangan survey analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien RSUD Jend. Ahmad Yani Metro sebanyak 64 dan seluruhnya dijadikan sampel. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji chi square.Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebesar 85,94% pasien memiliki persepsi dalam kategori baik, dan 68,8% memiliki tingkat kepuasan dalam kategori puas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan bermakna antara persepsi pasien pada pelayanan keperawatan dengan kepuasan pasien (p-value= 0,022 <a 0,05; OR 5,857 (CI;95%: 1,290-26,590).Kesimpulan: Persepsi dan tingkat kepuasan pasien dapat memberikan gambaran bagaimana pelayanan keperawatan yang dilakukan oleh perawat. Oleh karena itu, Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu dan bertambahnya kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan menuntut perawat saat ini memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan di berbagai bidang. Saat ini perawat memiliki peran yang lebih luas dengan penekanan pada peningkatan kesehatan dan pencegahan penyakit, juga memandang klien secara komprehensif.
Kurangnya asupan energi dari zat gizi makro mencakup karbohidrat, protein dan lemak serta zat gizi mikro pada wanita menjadi penyebab masalah kurang energi kronik pada kehamilan yang dapat meningkatkan resiko terhadap pertumbuhan fisik yang abnormal pada anak atau terjadinya stunting. Masalah tersebut akan semakin buruk jika seorang wanita tidak memperhatikan usia untuk hamil. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan usia ibu dengan kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ganjar Agung Kecamatan Metro Barat Kota Metro. Jenis penelitian studi analitik, rancangan case control. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Ganjar Agung Kecamatan Metro Barat, sampel 108 orang terbagi dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol masing-masing 36 orang. Analisis menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ibu dengan usia resiko tinggi (<20 &>35 tahun) yang ditemukan pada kelompok kasus sebanyak 13 (36,1%). Sedangkan ibu dengan usia resiko rendah (20-35 tahun) yang ditemukan pada kelompok kasus sebanyak 23 (63,9%) orang. Pada uji beda proporsi (continuity correction) diperoleh nilai p = 0,027 (p<0,05); OR: 3,134 (CI;95% 1,230-7,986), artinya secara statistik diyakini terdapat hubungan antara usia dengan kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil dimana ibu hamil yang berusia <20 dan >35 tahun berisiko 3,134 kali lebih besar mengalami KEK dibandingkan dengan ibu hamil berada pada usia antara 20-35 tahun. Usia ibu merupakan salah satu faktor yang terbukti berhubungan dengan kejadian KEK dimana ibu dengan usia <20 dan >35 memiliki resiko lebih tinggi mengalami KEK dibandingkan pada usia reproduksi sehat.
