Practicum modules are needed during the practical learning process activities that can be used by teachers and students. Science literacy must be mastered by students, because it is related to the environment. Science literacy is assessed from three aspects namely content, process and context. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility test and practical test of practicum modules based on science literacy for science learning in SMP Negeri 1 Langsa. This type of research is research and development which is modified into three stages of research implementation with the module trial stage developed in the form of research and information gathering, module design phase and module development stage with documentary study data collection techniques, questionnaires, and experiments. The scores obtained will be processed using descriptive analysis by conducting a feasibility test by material and media experts consisting of biology education lecturers while the practicality test uses a questionnaire distributed to students of class VIII at SMP Negeri 1 Langsa on Natural Sciences subjects. The results showed that the IPA practicum product modules analyzed consisted of three categories: the percentage value of the highly valid aspects with a value of 78% on the module quality element, while the practicality test consisted of three aspects namely the content, process and context aspects of the results of the three aspects. The percentage value of 82.8% of the aspects of positive student response content that practicum modules are used is very practical. Based on the values obtained that the IPA practicum module is feasible and practically used as a practical guide.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh Penerapan model Peroblem BasedLearning Dengan Bantuan Media Video Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Ekskresi DISMA Pencawan School. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April-Juli 2017. Penelitian inimenggunakan Metode eksperimen semu (Quasi experimen) dengan populasi penelitian adalahseluruh siswa di kelas XI SMA Pencawan School Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2016/2017 yangberjumlah 61 siswa yang kemudian dijadikan sempel sebanyak 33 siswa dari kelas XI IPA 1dengan cara pengambilan sampel secara acak (Random Sampling). Data yang dianalisis dalampenelitian ini adalah berupa test tertulis yaitu pre test dan post test pada materi ekskresi. Nilairata-rata pre test sebelum model pembelajaran Peroblem Based Learning bantuan media videoadalah 42,95 dan standar deviasi 8,21 maka seluruh siswa dinyatakan tidak tuntas (100%). Danrata-rata post test yang diperoleh setelah model yang diterapkan adalah 68,04 dan standar deviasiadalah 11,45. Berdasarkan nilai KKM 75 maka sebanyak 7 siswa (21%) yang tuntas dan 26 siswa(79%) belum tuntas. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung = 13,90 sedangkan nilai ttabel = 1,694jadi thitung> ttabel, maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruhsignifikan menggunakan Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning BantuanMedia Video Terhadap Hasil Belajar Biologi Materi Sistem Ekskresi Di Kelas XI SMA PencawanSchool Medan.
Research in the Eden 100 agrotourism forest located in the area of Lumban Rang, Sionggang Utara Village, LumbanJulu District, Kab. Toba Samosir North Sumatra has been carried out for 3 months using "Survey or Exploration Method". The aim of this research is to find out data on plant species of family Rutaceae in the Eden Park area 100 and then make herbs and to produce learning devices in the form of dabbing as ingredients teach Biology courses in High Plant Taxonomy. The results showed that there were 9 types of plant family Rutaceae with the Genus Citrus as many as (6), Genus Zanthoxylum (1), Genus Triphasia (1), Genus Aegle (1), so the most dominant is the Genus Citrus. such as Lime (Citrus aurantifolia), Andaliman (Zanthoxylumachanthopodium), Orange Purut (Citrus hystrix DC), Tiger Orange (Citrus medica), Kingtit Orange (Triphasiatrifolia), Lemon Orange (Citrus lemon), Kasturi Orange (Citrus madurensis) , Sweet / Squeezed Oranges (Citrus sinensis), AegleMajamarmelos (L.) Corr. The Rutaceae family plant found in the Eden 100 agrotourism forest is still relatively small when compared with the total total genus Rutaceae 150 genera and 1500 species
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penggunaan Model Picture and Picture Terhadap Hasil Belajar Materi Virus Kelas X SMA Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa pada bulan Agustus s/d Oktober 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu (Quasi experiment) dengan populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa di kelas X SMA Nurul Iman Tanjung Morawa Tahun Pembelajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 146 orang yang sebanyak 4 kelas, kemudian seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel keseluruhan (total sampling). Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar berupa pre- test dan post- test. Hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition diperoleh nilai siswa yang tuntas sesuai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) 70 adalah sebanyak 32 orang (80%) dan yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 8 orang (20%) dengan nilai rata- rata 77,95 dan standart deviasi 9,55. Hasil uji normalitas diperoleh Lo < Ltabel yaitu 0,1131 < 0,1401 dinyatakan bahwa data berdistribusi normal sedangkan hasil uji homogenitas diperoleh Fhitung < Ftabel = 1,1 < 1,71 dinyatakan data mempunyai varians yang sama atau homogen. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t diketahui rata- rata dari perbedaan pre test dengan post test adalah sebesar 15,45 dan jumlah kuadrat deviasi sebesar 2127,9 dengan nilai ini maka diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau 13,21 > 1,68 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga dinyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi ekosistem
The learning tools of the biodiversity practicum e-module in lectures using the e-module can be useful and serve as a guide or guide for science process skills activities. The purpose of the pelitian is to study the matter of Creating and Designing Products for Learning Tools E-Module Local Biodiversity to improve Science Process Skills and Conduct Feasibility and Practical Testson e-Modules Practicum Biodiversitas in terms of Cover, Module Design, Language and Material Content. While the method in this study uses the product development method from the e-module in practicum activities in the science process skills process which consists of research stages, namely formulating potentials and problems, collecting data, conducting research product designs, conducting product validation, carrying out product revisions, conducting product trials and continuing product revisions. The results showed in terms of expert validation that the biodiversity practicum e-module is suitable for use while the practicality test given by the questionnaire to students in response to the e- assessment The biodiversity practicum module is very practical to be used in the implementation of the biodiversity practicum
Hutan mangrove sendiri adalah salah satu ekosistem hutan dengan kelompok tumbuhan yang dapat hidup di daerah dengan kadar garam yang tinggi. Biasanya, hutan ini didominasi dengan tumbuhan berkayu dan tumbuh di sepanjang garis pantai dan subtropis. Adapun fungsi hutan mangrove yang paling utama adalah mencegah abrasi atau pengikisan pantai oleh gelombang laut. Selain itu, hutan mangrove juga mempunyai beberapa keterikatan dan kontribusi dalam pemenuhan manusia, baik dalam penyediaan bahan pangan, papan, atau kesehatan. Untuk itu, upaya pelestarian hutan mangrove sangat penting dilakukan untuk menyelamatkan ekosistem. Pantai merupakan daerah di perairan yang dipengaruhi oleh pasang surut tertinggi dan air surut terendah. Pasang surut air laut dapat menyebabkan beberapa dampak negatif bagi ekosistem wilayah pantai seperti abrasi dan intrusi air laut, keadaan ini tentunya berdampak negatif juga bagi penduduk disekitar wilayah pantai. Pada observasi pantai di desa Pematang Kuala ini, telah terjadi beberapa dampak negatif seperti abrasi dan intrusi air laut. Hal ini dakibatkan kurangnya pertahanan pasang surut air laut, yang pada kesempatan ini kami akan melakukan penanaman Mangrove spesies Rhizopora apiculata dan Bruguiera sp. Sebagai upaya mengurangi dampak abrasi dan erosi pantai di pantai Pematang Kuala Teluk Mengkudu
