Gastroesophageal reflux (GER) merupakan suatu kondisi fisiologis terjadinya aliran retrograd isi lambung ke esofagus secara involunteer dan dikeluarkan melalui mulut. GER sering ditemukan pada bayi berusia 0-12 bulan. Penyebab terjadinya GER disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya faktor ibu, yaitu status paritas yang akan dikaitkan dengan pengetahuan dalam teknik menyusui dan teknik menyendawakan setelah menyusu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status paritas dengan kejadian gastroesophageal reflux pada bayi usia 0-12 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Temindung Samarinda. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasional analitik melalui pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan data dengan teknik purposive sampling dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer melalui pengisian formulir identitas dan kuesioner I-GERQ-R oleh ibu bayi sebagai wali responden sebanyak 66 bayi. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji fisher. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kejadian gastroesophageal reflux pada bayi usia 0-12 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Temindung Samarinda sebanyak 45 bayi (68,2%). Persentase bayi yang mengalami GER ditemukan lebih banyak pada ibu dengan status primipara sebanyak 73% dibandingkan ibu dengan status multipara sebanyak 66,7% dengan hasil uji statistik yang didapatkan p = 0,758. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara status paritas ibu dengan kejadian gastroesophageal reflux pada bayi usia 0-12 bulan.
