Persalinan merupakan suatu proses fisiologis yang terjadi pada wanita tetapi pada umumnya dapat menimbulkan rasa takut karena saat bersalin disertai nyeri berat. Nyeri persalinan mulai dirasakan pada pembukaan serviks 0-10 cm. Pada fase aktif menuju puncak pembukaan maka akan terjadinya peningkatan intensitas dan frekuensi kontraksi, sehingga menyebabkan nyeri persalinan lebih berat di fase aktif. Pengobatan non farmakologi dalam penanganan nyeri salah satunya menggunakan birth ball, dengan cara duduk diatas bola dan bergoyang-goyang sehingga membuat rasa lebih nyaman dan membantu proses kemajuan persalinan dikarenakan adanya gravitasi, dan dengan elastisitas dan lengkungan bola yang lunak membuat perineum dan punggung bawah tanpa memberikan banyak tekanan yang dapat meningkatkan nyeri. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi birth ball terhadap penurunan nyeri persalinan kala I fase aktif pada ibu bersalin primigravida di Praktik Mandiri Bidan Hartati. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif dengan design Quasi Experiment dengan rancangan One Group Pretest -Posttest Design. Sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 15 responden. Analisis statistik penelitian ini menggunakan uji Wilcoxon sign rank test, dengan tingkat signifikan P< 0,05. Hasil Penelitian rata-rata nyeri sebelum terapi birth ball 8.60 dan sesudah 5.73. Uji statistik di dapatkan nilai P-Value = 0,001 yaitu ada pengaruh pemberian terapi birth ball pada ibu bersalin kala I fase Aktif terhadap penurunan nyeri persalinan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi birth ball. Diharapkan dengan melakukan terapi birth ball dapat menurunkan nyeri persalinan dan angka secsio cesaria (SC).s
Hospital is an the institution that gives health care services including preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative, but other than a positive impact on the surrounding community, the hospital also provided a negative impact such as risk of occupational accidents for cleaning service if the medical waste isn’t handled properly. Knowledge and the attitude are the factors that can facilitate cleaning service in medical waste handling. The conducted of this study to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitude for cleaning service with medical waste handling in Bhayangkara Hospital Medan. The analytic of the study with cross sectional design involving 13 cleaning services as population and using total sampling as sample. The data of the reseach were gathered by distributing questionnaires and conducting observation while the analyzed by using fisher’s exact test. The result of the research obtained that knowledge is categorized good (38,5%), attitude is categorized well (38,5%) and medical waste handling is categorized well (38,5%). The result of fisher’s exact test showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge with medical waste handling (p = 0,032). The suggested for the hospital to be able and equip the facility and infrastructure of handling medical waste, make counseling and training for maintain knowledge and the attitude in medical waste handling.
Tea consumption have been mother tea eliminate and vomiting that occurs during pregnancy. Research purpose to find out The Influence Of The Habit Of Drinking Tea After Eating On The Incidence Of Anemia In Pregant Women In Puskesmas Tebing Syahbandar year 2020. The research design wan an analytical research with cross sectional approach, the sample is 32 respondents which used total sampling. The independen variable the habit of drinking tea after eating and dependent variable was the incidence of anemia. The research instruments were questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Chi-Square test with α < 0,05. The research result showed thst most of the 32 respondents (62,5%) tea drinking habits and the rest (40,6%) had mild anemia. Chi-Square test result showed that with the significance value of α = 0,05, it was obtained that the value of p = 0,003which means p < α so H0 was rejected, it means that there was The Influence Of The Habit Of Drinking Tea After Eating On The Incidence Of Anemia In Pregant Women In Puskesmas Tebing Syahbandar year 2020. The more frequent consumption of tea, the higher the rate of anemia in pregnant women. It is expected to the nurses to improve the counseling further to them about the importance of good and appropriate nutrition obtained from food or beverages consumed by them.
Hypertension is a state of elevated blood pressure that can lead to various complications, such as stroke, and kidney failure. Hypertension in pregnancy is a blood pressure higher than 140/90 mmHg that caused by pregnancy itself, and it has the potential to cause serious disruption in pregnancy.This study aims to determine the factors that affect hypertension in pregnancy in the Working Area of Public Center Of Pancur Batu, Pancur Batu Sub-District, Deli Serdang District In 2018, with type of quantitative research, analytie case control design. The population in this study is the total number of pregnant women who experience hypertension consisting of case and control group of 72 people. Sampling technique used Total Sampling. Data was collected by interview by using questionnaire. Data analysis was done by bivariate with Chi-Square test at 95% confidence level, α=5%.The result showed that there was influence between age (p=0,016), parity (p=0,028), obesity (p=0,018), descent (p=0,000), physical activity (p=0,000), excessive food comsumption (p=0,001), stress (p=0,031) on hypertension in pregnancy. Multivariate analysis results that the risk level of hypertension in pregnancy is affected by heredity, physical activity and excessive food consumption of 99,5%.For Pancur batu Community Health Center, Pancur Batu Subdistrict, Deli Serdang Regency, to make policy in order to give information about hypertension problem in pregnancy, danger, and how to overcome hypertension in pregnant women.
A negative body image after childbirth tends to have a shorter duration of exclusive breastfeeding due to postpartum diet, embarrassment at having to breastfeed in public and concerns about the impact of breastfeeding on body shape. Government policies and regulations supporting exclusive breastfeeding in the workplace are not yet maximum because there are many workplaces that do not support the exclusive breastfeeding program, including time off for maternity leave, places for expressing breastmilk. This research is an observational non-experimental study using an analytical design that is case sectional. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique with 70 respondents at the Meurah Mulia Public Health Center, Meurah Mulia District, North Aceh Regency in 2020. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The univariate data analysis technique used frequency distribution and bivariate analysis used the chi-square test. The results showed that the majority of body image with breastfeeding behavior supported body image with positive breastfeeding behavior as many as 56 respondents (80%). There is a relationship between body image and exclusive breastfeeding behavior for working mothers at Meurah Mulia Public Health Center, Meurah Mulia District, North Aceh Regency in 2020 with a value of p (0.002) <p value (0.05), it is hoped that respondents will continue to add information and knowledge, especially regarding behavior Exclusive breastfeeding.
