<p>Obat generik telah digunakan di beberapa wilayah di Indonesia namun masih relatif rendah. Pengetahuan dan sikap apoteker di apotek terhadap obat generik berperan penting dalam menentukan peningkatan persentase penggunaan obat generik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap apoteker di apotek Kabupaten Banyumas terhadap obat generik serta hubungannya dengan karakteristik responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian<em> non-experimental</em> dengan metode <em>cross-sectional</em>. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu <em>accidental sampling.</em> Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dilakukan secara daring kepada apoteker di apotek Kabupaten Banyumas melalui <em>google form</em>. Kuesioner diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi dari penelitian terdahulu. Analisis deskriptif dilakukan untuk data karakteristik, tingkat pengetahuan, dan sikap. Tingkat pengetahuan dikategorikan menjadi baik, cukup, dan kurang, sedangkan sikap menjadi positif dan negatif. Analisis korelatif dengan uji korelasi <em>Spearman</em> dilakukan untuk data hubungan karakteristik dengan tingkat pengetahuan dan dengan sikap. Penelitian melibatkan 67 apoteker sebagai responden. Apoteker memiliki pengetahuan baik terhadap obat generik (59,7%), sisanya cukup dan kurang. Apoteker memiliki sikap positif terhadap obat generik (98,5%), sisanya negatif. Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara jenis kelamin (p=0,188), usia (p=0,536), lama pengalaman berpraktik (p=0,135), dan tingkat pendidikan (p=0,360) dengan tingkat pengetahuan apoteker. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan (p=0,004) dengan sikap terhadap obat generik, namun tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara jenis kelamin (p=0,080), usia (p=0,061), dan lama pengalaman berpraktik (p=0,744) dengan sikap. Tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara semua karakteristik dengan tingkat pengetahuan dan hanya tingkat pendidikan yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan sikap terhadap obat generik.</p>
