Pantai Bandengan adalah salah satu pantai pesisir utara Jawa yang terletak di Kabupaten Jepara, Jawa Tengah. Kabupaten Jepara memiliki potensi sumberdaya pesisir yang besar ditinjau dari keberadaan garis pantainya lebih dari 72 Km. Pantai Bandengan ini juga sebagai habitat rumput lautyang merupakan tumbuhan laut dasar perairan (fitobentos), makroalga, dan termasuk Thallophyta. Rumput laut tergolong tanaman yang hidupnya melekat pada substrat, seperti karang, lumpur, pasir, batu, dan benda keras lainnya atau bahkan melekat pada tumbuhan lain secara epifitik.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kerapatan rumput laut dengan substrat dasar berbeda di perairan Pantai Bandengan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif menggunakan line transek sepanjang 100 meter dan kuadran transek 1x1 meter dengan tiga kali pengambilan. Setiap kuadran transek dilakukan pengukuran parameter fisika dan kimia meliputi kedalaman, kecerahan, kecepatan arus, suhu air, dan pH (untuk mendukung hasil data sampling).Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini adalah sembilan jenis rumput laut yaitu Halimeda opuntia; Halimeda descoides; Halimeda macroloba; Chordoria flagelliformis; Padina crassa; Sargassum yendoi; Sargassum piluliferum; Sargassum confusum; dan Sargassum duplicatum. Kerapatan tertinggi ditemukan pada Halimeda opuntia (18,19%) atau total 103 individu dengan penutupan substrat (12,54 m2, terbanyak pada substrat pecahan karang). Sedangkan penutupan tertinggi terdapat pada jenis Sargassum duplicatum yaitu 15 m2. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data Chi Kuadrat didapatkan nilai X2 hitung sebesar 72,00 dan nilai X2 tabel sebesar 21,026. Hal tersebut dapat dinyatakan ada hubungan kerapatan rumput laut terhadap substrat dasar karena X2 hitung ≥ X2 tabel yang menyatakan terima H1 tolak H0.
AbstrakPenyakit jantung bawaan (PJB) merupakan defek lahir yang sering ditemukan dan merupakan penyebab kematian terbanyak dari semua jenis kelainan bawaan. Banyak penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya variasi secara geografik yang penting pada insiden PJB. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui variasi karakteristik dari penderita PJB anak di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan melihat karakteristik penderita anak dengan PJB pada data rekam medik. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 55 pasien anak yang menderita penyakit jantung bawaan di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang dari Januari 2010 sampai Mei 2012. Mayoritas penderita adalah perempuan (61,8%), dan mayoritas umur sampel terdapat pada kelompok umur kurang dari 1 tahun (56.4%). Jenis PJB terbanyak adalah TF (21,8%) dan gejala yang paling sering dijumpai adalah sesak nafas (50,9%). Sebanyak (34,5%) penderita memiliki penyakit kongenital lain, dengan penyakit nonsindroma terbanyak adalah atresia ani dan omfalokel dengan masing-masing (22,2%) dan penyakit sindroma terbanyak adalah sindroma Down (40%). Gagal tumbuh terdapat pada (49,1%) penderita. Nilai Hb PJB sianotik lebih tinggi berbanding asianotik. Tingkat tindakan operatif kasus PJB anak di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang adalah 1,8%.Terdapat variasi karakteristik dari penderita PJB yang ada di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Kata kunci: penyakit jantung bawaan, anak, variasi karakteristik Abstract Congenital heart disease (CHD) is a common birth defect, and a leading cause of deaths linked to birth defects.Many studies show that the presence of significant geographic variation in the incidence of CHD. The objective of this study was to determine the variation of the characteristics of patients with CHD in Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang. This research is a descriptive research by observing at the characteristics of children with CHD using the medical record data. The total sample of this study was 55 children, which are suffering from CHD in Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang from January 2010 -May 2012. The results of this study showed that majority of the patients were female (61.8%), and the majority of samples are at the age group of less than 1 year (56.4%). The most common of CHD was Tetralogy of Fallot (21.8%), and shortness of breath was the highest (50.9%) symptom that had been found. A total of (34.5%) patients had another congenital diseases, the most common nonsyndromic disease are anus atresia and omfalocele (22.2%) respectively, and the most common syndromic disease is Down Syndrome (40%). Failure to thrive presents in 49.1% patients. The level of Hb in patient with cyanotic CHD is higher than the acyanotic CHD. The number of the surgery of CHD cases in children at Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang is 1.8%. There are variations in the characteristic of children with CHD in Dr. M. Djamil Hospital Padang.
Pendahuluan: Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus corona yang dapat menyebabkan infeksi saluran pernafasan dengan gejala ringan hingga berat. Infeksi virus SARS-CoV-2 dapat menimbulkan beberapa gejala mulai dari tanpa gejala, Oleh karena itu, upaya untuk memutus mata rantai penularan adalah melalui penerapan protokol kesehatan yang mencakup 3M yakni mencuci tangan, menggunakan masker dan menjaga jarak. Akan tetapi masih banyakmasyarakatyang belum patuh dalam menerapkan protokol ini. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang 3M dalam pencegahan Covid-19. Metode kegiatan ini adalah praktik kebidanan Daerah Terpencil Perbatas dan Kepulauan (DTPK), membagikan leaflet kemudian melakukan penyuluhan, evaluasi kegiatan ini menggunakan kuesioner pre-post test. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Malitu Dusun 1 RT 2 pada tanggal 24 Maret 2021. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah Masyarakat yang berjumlah 15 orang. Hasil penyuluhan diperoleh peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang 3M, rerata pengetahuan sebelum penyuluhan adalah 54 meningkat menjadi 73 setelah penyuluhan. Kami berharap bidan yang berada di Desa Malitu dapat meningkatkan upaya pencegahan Covid-19 khususnya 3M dengan cara melakukan penyuluhan setiap posyandu.
Literasi Digital suatu kemampuan yang perlu dimiliki oleh orang tua, untuk memahami dan menggunakan informasi dari berbagai sumber digital yang ada. Pada masa pandemi seperti saat ini, keharusan anak untuk melakukan pembelajaran dari rumah mau tidak mau mengharuskan orang tua untuk ikut terjun langsung dalam proses belajar mengajar anak-anaknya dirumah, namun pada kenyataanya tidak semua orang tua memiliki kemampuan literasi digital yang baik, bahkan beberapa diantaranya mengakui bahwa anak lebih bisa menggunakan teknologi digital terutama gadget selangkah lebih maju dari orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan literasi digital orang tua anak usia dini di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru Riau. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 40 orang tua yang memiliki anak usia dini di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru yang dipilih secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner kemampuan literasi digital orang tua dengan menggunakan Teori Instant Digital Competence Assessment (Idca) sebagai instrumen yang dapat diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi digital orang tua anak usia dini di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau berada pada kategori “Rendah” yaitu dengan persentase 31%. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada orang tua agar dapat lebih memperhatikan betapa pentingnya kemampuan literasi digital bagi diri sendiri maupun orang lain terutama anak usia dini di zaman modern ini.
