Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan Bahasa Arab. Mata pelajaran ini penting untuk dipelajari berkaitan erat dengan peristiwa-peristiwa yang terjadi pada masa lampau untuk dijadikan pelajaran pada masa sekarang dan yang akan datang. Mata pelajaran yang dikembangkan ini akan menggunakan model ADDIE. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan desain terbaru yang relevan dengan keadaan saat ini, sehingga model ADDIE dapat menjadi formula baru dalam memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta didik tentang materi yang terdapat dalam mata pelajaran sejarah kebudayaan Islam. Sehingga siswa memiliki stimulus untuk mempelajari sejarah kebudayaan Islam dan menjadikan mereka orang-orang yang memberikan manfaat bagi dirinya sendiri, keluarga dan masyarakat luas. Permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada di negeri ini dapat diminimalisir melalui pemahaman siswa terhadap sejarah kebudayaan Islam. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui berbagai artikel dan buku-buku yang relevan. Kemudian dilakukan analisis deskriptif, dan akhirnya dibuat kesimpulan. Hasil dari artikel ini adalah model ADDIE harus dimiliki oleh pendidik, disesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman yang sedang dihadapinya.
The increasing number of the spread of COVID-19 has led to learning activities being carried out in virtual homes, commonly known as learn from home. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of learning virtually. The method used in data collection is through a questionnaire distributed online with a purposive sampling technique. The results obtained include 46.9% of respondents are less interested in virtual learning. As many as 46.9% of respondents often use Zoom Meeting apps for learning. As many as 57.8% of respondents felt less confident in their opinion.ABSTRAKAngka penyebaran COVID-19 yang terus meningkat menyebabkan kegiatan pembelajaran dilaksanakan di dalam rumah secara virtual yang biasa disebut dengan learning from home. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat keefektifan pembelajaran secara virtual. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh meliputi 46.9% responden kurang tertarik kepada pembelajaran virtual. Sebanyak 46,9% responden sering menggunakan Zoom meeting untuk pembelajaran. Sebanyak 57,8% responden merasa kurang percaya diri dalam berpendapat.
In the higher educational institutions, the behaviour of the students need to be managed and members of the institutions are required to bring about improvements in the implementation of tasks and functions. Learning behavior is influenced by several factors, including internal factors, namely physical, psychological, motivational, and external factors, namely the environment. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence student learning behavior in terms of family environment factors, campus environment, and motivation to learn. The type of research is descriptive using explanatory survey research methods, this study will be analyzed using structural equation models (Structural Equation Modeling, SEM) with alternative Partial Least Square (PLS) methods using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The population of this study was the students of ASM Ariyanti Bandung. The results of testing the first hypothesis showed that there was a significant correlation between the family environment and the campus environment. The second hypothesis has a significant correlation between campus environment and learning motivation. The third hypothesis also has a significant correlation between family and environment and motivation to learn. The results of the fourth hypothesis indicate that the family environment has a positive and significant effect on student learning behavior. The fifth hypothesis shows that the campus environment has a positive and significant effect on student learning behavior. The sixth hypothesis shows that learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on student learning behavior. The seventh hypothesis shows that the family environment, campus environment, and motivation to learn together have a positive and significant effect on student learning behavior. So it is clear that the family environment, campus environment, learning motivation and student learning behavior are interconnected. This must be considered because there are interplay between these four factors.
Peningkatan efektivitas di sekolah ditentukan oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Dengan kata lain, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang tidak mampu mewujudkan suasana nyaman bagi terciptanya iklim sekolah yang kondusif bagi para guru pada gilirannya akan berimbas pada menurunnya tingkat efektivitas sebuah sekolah. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, permasalahan penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana gambaran/deskripsi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim organisasi dan efektivitas sekolah? serta apakah perilaku kepemimpinan dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas sekolah di SMP N Kota Bandung?. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru SMP N Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 1675 orang. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan perhitungan berjumlah 132 orang guru dari 33 sekolah. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh gambaran bahwa di SMP N Kota Bandung: (1) perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolahnya lebih berorientasi terhadap tugas (inisiasi struktur); (2) iklim organisasinya secara keseluruhan bersifat kondusif bagi proses belajar mengajar; (3) sekolahnya termasuk kategori sekolah efektif; serta (4) variabel perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama maupun sendiri-sendiri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel efektivitas sekolah. Based on this background, this study focuses on the problem of how a picture/description of the behavior of school leadership, organizational climate and school effectiveness ? and whether leadership behavior and organizational climate affect the effectiveness of junior high school in Bandung ?. This study used a descriptive analytic methods with quantitative approaches. The population in this study is teacher of SMP N Bandung, which amounted to 1675 people. While the samples were taken from this study is based on the calculation of amounts to 132 teachers from 33 schools. Based on the analysis of the data indicated that in SMP N Bandung : (1) its principal leadership behavior is more oriented towards the task (initiation of structure ; (2) overall organizational climate is conducive to the learning process ; (3) effective school including school category ; and (4) variable principal leadership behavior and organizational climate jointly or individually significant and positive effect on school effectiveness variables.
