<p>Pejalan kaki dapat menyeberang jalan secara aman apabila disediakan fasilitas yang sesuai dengan kondisi lalu lintas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis karakteristik penyeberang jalan pada fasilitas zebra cross dan pelican cross. Karakteristik tersebut dapat dijadikan referensi dalam merancang fasilitas penyeberangan di masa mendatang.</p><p>Variabel-variabel pejalan kaki yang dianalisis diantaranya adalah kecepatan menyeberang, jenis kelamin dan tingkat kepatuhan. Karakteristik pengemudi dan kondisi fasilitas juga dianalisis untuk mendapatkan perbedaan yang mendetail antara penyeberangan zebra cross dan pelican cross. Berdasarkan analisis, laki-laki menyeberang lebih lambat dibandingkan perempuan, kecepatan laki-laki adalah 1,22 m/detik dan 1,30 m/detik sedangkan kecepatan perempuan adalah 1,24 m/detik dan 1,41 m/detik. Kecepatan individu menyeberang lebih cepat dibandingkan platoon, kecepatan individu adalah 1,23 m/detik dan 1,35 m/detik sedangkan kecepatan platoon adalah 1,09 m/detik dan 1,19 m/detik. Perempuan cenderung lebih mematuhi peraturan dibandingkan laki-laki. Penyeberangan pelican cross lebih direkomendasikan untuk arus dan kecepatan lalu lintas lebih tinggi bila dibandingkan oleh penyeberangan zebra cross.</p>
The choice of country road construction applying the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique for the aim of the formulation and decision-making for the choice of road construction between flexible pavement and rigid pavement. The case study takes a road in the area of Poso, Center of Sulawesi, Indonesia. Data is taken by using a detailed questionnaire and distributed to respondents at random by 30 people. From the analysis of the obtained results are as follows as the selection of the path using the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process by weighting variables long-term durability and maintenance, the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique method by trading and cost benefit. Based on long-term durability, road construction should be resistant to weather is the first priority, and to resistant of traffic density and the road construction must be impervious to the ground shifting. Based on maintenance. The first priority is the path should be a period of excellent treatment and ease implemented of construction. Road construction to be used based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique is the flexible pavement. The weighting of the results seen from long-term durability and maintenance are obtained that the road asphalt has the highest weight value is 61.4% while the concrete path is 38.6%. The cost of the flexible pavement has a price of Rp. 365.788.000,-value benefit of/km is 61.40%, whereas for rigid path have a price amounting is Rp. 708.029.000,-value benefit of/km is 38.60%.
This study aims to identify what factors are the key to the successful implementation of the Last Planner System in construction work based on existing journals to be applied in the construction environment and determine the priority weight / key factors of success from the questionnaire results from experts with the Analytic method Hierarchy Process. The method used in this study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process to find priority weights and software uses Expert Choice. From the results of the analysis obtained Key Success Factors in construction work, namely as many as 10 criteria where stakeholder criteria with the highest priority weight with a global weight of 0.2279 which have a value of consistency ratio below 0.1 or 10%, ie 0.08 or 8%, then an evaluation of the comparison pairing between criteria is consistent and as many as 24 sub-criteria where the sub-criteria of stakeholder support for the implementation of LPS with the highest priority weighting with a global weight of 0.1812 which has a consistency ratio below 0.1 or 10% ie 0.07 or 7%, then an assessment of pairwise comparisons between sub criteria are consistent.
AbstrakPermasalahan yang terdapat di Kawasan Kuliner Pasar Lama Tangerang adalah masalah kemacetan pengendalian parkir yang tidak teratur. Adapun salah satu sarana fisik di kawasan tersebut yaitu area parkir badan jalan.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik parkir, ruas jalan serta memberikan alternatif pemecahan masalah sesuai dengan ketentuan MKJI 1997. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Volume kendaraan yang masuk area parkir pada Jumat, 13 November 2020 sebanyak 34 mobil dan 41 motor, Sabtu, 21 November 2020 sebanyak 48 mobil dan 65 motor dan Minggu, 27 November 2020 sebanyak 41 mobil dan 61 motor. Akumulasi parkir terbesar pada hari Sabtu sebanyak 11 mobil terjadi antara pukul 08:00-08:59 WIB dan Minggu sebanyak 104 motor terjadi antara pukul 14:00-14:59 WIB. Durasi parkir Sabtu rata-rata parkir mobil adalah 1,81 jam/kend dan 2 jam/kend untuk motor. Pada hari Sabtu Indeks parkir mobil terbesar adalah 120,93% pukul 16:00-16:59 WIB dan 108,26% untuk motor terjadi pada Selasa pukul 17:00-17:59 WIB. PTO terbesar adalah 1 kend/SRP/waktu pengamatan. Dilihat dari analisis ruas jalan untuk kecepatan survey di jalan Kisamaun di jam puncak pagi, siang dan sore memliki tingkat pelayanan atau Level of Service (LOS) yaitu D. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terjadi tingkat arus kendaraan pada sore hari Sabtu, 21 November 2020 dari 16:00-17:00 WIB.
