Online shopping is growing so rapidly and has attracted millennials in various way. Unfortunately, the discussion regarding the adoption of online shopping in millennial consumers' context with perceived risk application was still limited. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of performance expectancy, expectation efforts, social influence, facilitation conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habits, and perceived risks on behavioral intentions and use behavior. This study also discusses the effect of perceived risks on financial risk, performance risk, and privacy risk. This study can be classified as explanatory research with purposive sampling and partial least square as sampling techniques and data analysis. This study was designed to focus on individuals who can be classified as an online shopper with a range of age of 18-35 years old. The results show that the millennial generation is influenced by the social environment and habits in shaping their behavioral intention. Millennial consumers are also proving very concerned about their perceived risk of financial, performance, and privacy issues when doing online shopping. Interestingly, six of the factors studied (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, and perceived risk) do not have any influence on the intention to use online commerce technology.
Perencanaan pembangunan arsitektur sistem informasi dalam menerapkan kosep Green Computing dengan metodologi EAP menggunakan bantuan model value chain Porter dan beberapa pendekatan analisis serta tools pemodelan lainnya pada PT XYZ. Pembangunan arsitektur dimulai dengan memodelkan bisnis enterprise untuk mengidentifikasi semua fungsi dan proses bisnis yang dilakukan. Berdasarkan fungsi dan proses bisnis tersebut maka diidentifikasi kebutuhan data, kebutuhan aplikasi serta kebutuhan teknologinya. Pemodelan bisnis pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada aktivitas utama value chain PT XYZ yaitu proses pengadaan bahan baku, produksi dan stok produk, permintaan dan pengiriman produk, penjualan, serta layanan purna jual. Pembangunan arsitektur data menemukan 20 entitas data, arsitektur aplikasi berhasil menemukan 5 aplikasi, dan mengusulkan sebuah konsep jaringan enterprise dan arsitektur sistem bisnis pada aersitektur teknologi. Rencana implementasi meliputi urutan pengembangan aplikasi, estimasi sumber daya, waktu dan biaya serta faktor sukses implemetasi.
Politeknik Negeri Subang (POLSUB) sebagai perguruan tinggi yang baru berdiri pada tahun 2014 harus menentukan startegi yang tepat dalam mendapatkan calon mahasiswa baru yaitu dengan promosi ke sekolah. POLSUB menetapkan sekolah yang akan diadakan promosi berdasarkan banyaknya jumlah siswa pada sekolah tersebut, tanpa melihat faktor lain. Penelitian ini untuk menentukan sekolah yang menjadi target promosi menggunakan metode Fuzzy C Means (FCM) dengan menggunakan beberapa atribut atau parameter masukan diantaranya jumlah siswa yang melanjutkan ke perguruan tinggi, nilai rata-rata ujian nasional, dan jarak antara kampus POLSUB dengan sekolah. Hasil perhitungan MPC didapat cluster yang paling optimal dengan nilai 0.9702 yaitu tiga cluster. Hasil clustering ini digunakan oleh panitia penerimaan mahasiswa baru dalam pengambilan keputusan sekolah yang akan diadakan promosi yaitu sekolah-sekolah yang berada pada cluster I dan hal ini merupakan strategi utama dalam mendapatkan mahasiswa yang unggul.
State Polytechnic of Subang (POLSUB) with the core business in education has the main activity in the form of academic management. The main activities and supporters are inseparable from the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment, that can help and facilitate work. Current use of ICT, according to Greenpeace, also plays a role in environmental damage. POLSUB as a new state university, wisely applying ICTs requires an IT strategic plan. Strengths-Weakness-Opportunities-Threats (SWOT) and IT-Balance Scorecard (IT-BSC) methods are used to get a strategic plan for the creation of Green Computing in the daily activities of the campus environment. The results of the SWOT analysis obtained a total weight score of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) 2.72 representing average internal position and a total score of weight 2.68 External Factor Evaluation (EFE) representing a medium external position. Based on the results of the Threats-Opportunities-Weakness-Strengths (TOWS) matrix analysis obtained ten strategic proposals, which were then grouped into four IT-BSC perspectives. Penilaian kinerja dosen oleh mahasiswa berupa Kuisioner Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja Dosen (KIPKD) online selaras dengan konsep kerja dari Green Computing dengan memanfaatkan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak komputer dengan lebih baik, lebih efisien, dan lebih bermanfaat. KIPKD online POLSUB menggunakan Google Forms, karena mempunyai tampilan yang menarik dan responsif, menyediakan pilihan model isian yang cukup lengkap, gratis, hasilnya tersusun rapi dan dapat dianalisis dengan mudah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan literature review berupa buku, jurnal yang membahas tentang topik yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan Google Forms sebagai media dalam pembuatan kuesioner untuk survey dan pengumpulan data, maupun yang berhubungan dengan konsep Green Computing. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian lapangan dengan cara observasi terhadap sistem yang berjalan di bagian akademik POLSUB. Penggunaan KIPKD online memberikan gambaran bahwa POLSUB turut serta dalam memelihara kelestarian lingkungan, dengan tidak menggunakan 12 rim kertas/tahun, yang setara dengan 12 batang pohon berusia 5 tahun.
Subang State Polytechnic is one of tertiary institution which was established in 2014. As a new tertiary institution this institution certainly competes with other tertiary institutions in obtaining prospective students. Currently, Subang State Polytechnic determines some schools to be visited for socialization activities for New Student Admissions based on the large number of students in the schools at Subang district. However, it does not prove that it has influenced the students to enroll in Subang State Polytechnic. This research highlights the issues involved in each school including the number of graduates, graduates who continue to colleges, graduates who continue to Subang State Polytechnic, average score of school’s national examination, average report card grades, number of counseling guidance teachers, number of college socialization, and the distance from the school to Subang State Polytechnic. As a result, there are 40 schools that are selected to determine as the potential schools do a socialization. The grouping schools use the Fuzzy C Means method and determe the number of groups or clusters use Modified Partition Coeffcient (MPC). The results of the MPC calculation revealed that there are 3 clusters, each cluster has a cluster center and members. In cluster I, there are 9 schools, cluster II has 16 schools, and cluster III consists of 15 schools. The results of the clustering assisted the New Student Admissions committees in determining the potential schools to do a socialization activities and it was a major step towards the success of the New Student Admissions at Subang State Polytechnic.
Abstrak CIFO merupakan salah satu perusahaan internet service provider dan software house di kota Bandung. Pengelolaan absensi dan penghitungan lembur karyawan di PT. CIFO belum terorganisir secara maksimal, sering terjadi beberapa kendala diantaranya kesalahan input absensi, kesalahan penghitungan upah lembur dan pengelolaan laporan absensi belum maksimal. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi absensi dan penghitungan lembur karyawan yang sudah terkomputerisasi untuk membantu permasalahan diatas. Sistem yang yang dihasilkan memiliki fitur-fitur yang mendukung seperti fitur absensi, pengajuan izin dan cuti serta pengelolaan lembur karyawan. Untuk mendukung validitas dan kesesuaian dengan kebutuhan user sistem ini diuji dengan teknik pengujian Blackbox dengan keberhasilan 100%, dan Teknik pengujian Unit Acceptance Testing (UAT) dengan hasil untuk ketiga aspek yaitu, Aspek Kemudahan, Pencapaian Tujuan dan Apresiasi dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 75% yang berarti Baik. CIFO has not been organized optimally, there are often a number of obstacles including absentee input errors, errors in calculating overtime pay and absent report management. Therefore this study aims to design and build a time attendance information system and the calculation of computerized employee overtime to help the above problems. The resulting system has features that support such as time attendance, permit and leave applications as well as overtime management of employees. To support the validity and compliance with the needs of the user of this system was tested with Blackbox testing techniques with 100% success, and Unit Acceptance Testing (UAT) testing techniques with results for all three aspects namely, Aspect of Ease, Achievement of Goals and Appreciation with an average percentage of 75 % which means Good.
The lecturer's performance assessment by students in the form of an online Lecturer Performance Assessment Instrument Questionnaire (KIPKD) is in line with the work concepts of Green Computing by utilizing computer hardware and software better, more efficiently and more useful. KIPKD online POLSUB uses Google Forms, because it has an attractive and responsive look, provides a fairly complete choice of stuffing model, free, the results are neatly arranged and can be analyzed easily. This research method uses literature review in the form of books, journals that discuss about topics related to the use of Google Forms as a medium in the manufacture of questionnaires for surveys and data collection, as well as related to the concept of Green Computing. While data collection methods used in field research by way of observation of the system running in the academic POLSUB. The use of KIPKD online illustrates that POLSUB participates in preserving the environment, with no 12 paper/year rims, equivalent to 12 tree trunks.
