This paper aimed to examine the impact of organizational communication and motivation on the freelancer's performance of Jagoketik.com. This research needed to be discussed because the increase in employee performance could be influenced by organizational communication and motivation. Research Methodology: The population in this study was all freelancers at Jagoketik.com, with a total of 31 employees. The research design used was quantitative research, using a descriptive approach with an emphasis on theory testing through the measurement of research variables through the distribution of research questionnaires. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling through saturated sampling (census). The analysis technique was done through multiple linear regression with SPSS 21.0 software. Limitations: Constraints of respondents asked for data virtually and limited scope of the research were two main limitations of this study. Result:The results of this study show that organizational communication and motivation variables have a significant and positive effect on the performance of freelancer both simultaneously and partially. Contributions: If Jagoketik.com wants to improve the employee's performance, they can optimize organizational communication and motivation indicators.
This study aims to know the impact of the Corona or Covid-19 Virus on work ethic, productivity and employee motivation. Besides, it is motivated by the Covid-19 Virus which is indirectly changes the work patterns of employees or labor both in the scope of government, agencies, the private sector, and others. One effect is working at home or WFH. Thus, the readers can understand how the Covid-19 Virus pandemic affects employee or workforce performance. This study has implications for businesses that want to know the measurement of the work from home (WFH) policies effectiveness. This study used descriptive qualitative and conducted literature studies either through journals, books, websites, and several other literary media. The results showed that the Covid-19 Virus pandemic had an influence on work productivity, work ethic, and motivation of employees or labor. On the other hand, the influence is based on several factors based on the employee attitudes during or when working. This research aims to investigate the influence of prices, promotions and marketing events on the customers’ repurchasing decision of Flashy products. The survey was conducted to 221 customers of Flashy Women's Clothing Bandung which is a brand of women's clothing from the age of 15-45 years. The data used for this research was collected through questionnaires distributed to the students of Polytechnic Piksi Ganesha who have had shopping experience in Flashy. This study used a structural equation model (SEM) to evaluate the suitability of the theoretical model being analyzed related to empirical data, and to test the significance of the hypothesis. The results showed that the estimated coefficient of standardized regression in which price, promotion and event marketing have a significant influence on customer’s repurchase decisions.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan software Jurnal.Id terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UMKM di Kota Bandung. Dengan kemudahan dan kemanfaatan penggunaan teknologi informasi sebagai faktor yang diteliti dalam software Jurnal.Id. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 30 responden dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada UMKM di Kota Bandung yang menggunakan software Jurnal.Id. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menggunakan SPSS 25, uji t diperoleh hasil variabel independen memiliki t hitung yang lebih besar dari t tabel, sehingga variabel independen memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. Kemudian dalam hasil uji f menunjukkan bahwa variabel independent berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel dependen dengan hasil 151,254 > 3,354. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R Square ( sebesar 91,8%, yang memiliki arti bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kemudahan dan kemanfaatan penggunaan teknologi informasi software Jurnal.Id.
Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menerangkan tentang pemanfaatan webinar gratis dan peranannya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, wawasan, dan kompetensi mahasiswa di Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Bandung. Metode penulisan bersifat deskriptif menggambarkan fenomena pelaksanaan webinar berbagai disiplin ilmu yang telah dilakukan oleh Politeknik Piksi Ganesha serta pengaruhnya terhadap mahasiswa. Manfaat mengikuti webinar untuk mahasiswa Politeknik Piksi Ganesha diantaranya menjadikan mahasiswa lebih aktif belajar, menambah pengetahuan atau wawasan mengenai isu-isu terkini dan bahkan peluang usaha serta investasi. Keunggulan mengikuti webinar ini tidak memerlukan biaya mahal bahkan gratis, sharing informasi secara cepat, terkadang mendapatkan sertifikat dan tidak perlu hadir secara fisik. Kendala untuk menyelenggarkan webinar antara lain: koneksi internet harus stabil, kendala pemahaman Bahasa Inggris, kesulitan teknis, keterbatasan bahasa tubuh, keterlambatan sertifikat. Mahasiswa harus tetap mampu belajar secara mandiri dengan harapan untuk memperbaharui pengetahuan dan keterampilannya sehingga selalu update informasi-informasi terbaru baik tentang mata kuliah yang dipelajari maupun ilmu-ilmu yang lain.
