The core shell structure of TiO2@SiO2@ferrite(Ni-Cu-Zn) as composite nanoparticles for magnetic photocatalyst were successfully prepared in this study. These particles were synthesized continually by the sol-gel method and they are tested for their performance using MB dye solution. The magnetic core particles used in the synthesis were (Ni-Cu-Zn) ferrite with size of 20-60 nm, while SiO2 and TiO2 layers were formed using tetraethoxysilane and tetrabutly titanate. Some characterizations and testinghavecarried out to investigate the crystal structure, magnetic properties, surface conditions and performance of these particles. The results show that the anatase crystal structure of TiO2 was obtained on the outer shell of the particle, while the magnetization value and surface area were achieved at 4.74 emu/g and 126,831 m 2 /g, respectively. The nanoparticles of composite size were obtained about 10 to 40 nm with the shell thickness up to 4 nm. The performance results of photodegradation was quite good for reducing MB dye up to 63.37%.
Фiзико-хiмiчнi властивостi отриманих продуктiв були повнiстю охарактеризованi за допомогою рентгенiвської дифракцiї (РД), методу Брунауера-Еммета-Теллера (БЕТ), рентгенiвської фотоелектронної спектроскопiї (РФЕС) i надпровiдного квантового iнтерференцiйного пристрою (СКВIД). Тим часом оцiнювання фотокаталiтичної активностi каталiзатора проводили методом спектроскопiї у видимiй та ультрафiолетовiй областях (УФ-вид). Однак другу фазу, пов'язану зi структурою Ce, було нелегко виявити на рентгенограмi, що пiдтвердило включення легованого Ce в кристалiчну структуру TiO 2. Мезопориста структура легованих Ce шарiв TiO 2 була продемонстрована за допомогою iзотерми типу IV i петлi гiстерезису типу H3. Був сформований однорiдний розмiр пор при питомiй площi поверхнi до 111,916 м 2 /г i 0,241 см 3 /г об'єму пор. Стехiометрiя хiмiчного складу, утвореного з меншою кiлькiстю дефектiв на поверхнi шарiв TiO 2 , продемонстрована кривою симетрiї пiкiв Ti 2p 3/2 та Ti 2p 1/2 РФЕС-спектрiв. Тим часом окислювально-вiдновна пара, що вiдповiдає Ce 3+ /Ce 4+ , була включена в тонке покриття TiO 2. Крiм того, каталiтичнi магнiтнi НЧ також можуть бути вiдокремленi з використанням зовнiшнього магнiтного поля вiд реакцiйної системи. Характеристики продукту, пов'язанi з ефективнiстю розкладання, досягли 50 % у водному розчинi метиленового синього (МС) Ключовi слова: магнiтний фотокаталiзатор, фотодеградацiя, легований церiєм TiO 2 , поверхнева модифiкацiя, фотокаталiтичнi характеристики UDC 621
