A structural niodcl which rcprewnts the causal relat, ionships of problenis using a tlircctetl graph is one of the effect i w techniques for prohltmi analysis in business inforiiiatioii systems planning. However. it is very difficult, for novice systeiii planners to inakr a structural niodel of reasonable quality. In this paper, we propose a support method of structural iiiotleling l)y providing useful information from case-base for a user. In this inet, hod, the case-base is constructed from cases of struct, ural riiodels by using a t,eclinique in which nodes of st,ructural models are divided into four parts. From the case-base, effect.ive inforniation for creating appropriate nodes is retrieved a i d provided for a user. .hid we have developed a support system for striict ural modeling based on the proposed method.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
