ABSTRAKPendahuluan. Jurnal Mechatronics, Electrical power, and Vehicular technology merupakan jurnal ilmiah pada bidang tenaga listrik dan mekatronik. Berdasarkan observasi awal diketahui bahwa kajian bibliometrik di bidang tenaga listrik dan mekatronik belum pernah dilakukan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kolaborasi penulis, tingkat produktivitas penulis, dan artikel metrik di jurnal MEV. Metode penelitian. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan bibliometrik. Data dikumpulkan dengan mencatat nama tiap penulis individu dan kolaborasi di jurnal MEV periode 2010-2016. Data analisis. Analisis tingkat kolaborasi menggunakan rumus dari Subramanyam dan perhitungan frekuensi produktivitas penulis. Hasil dan Pembahasan. Tingkat kolaborasi jurnal MEV yaitu 0,89, ini menunjukkan bahwa penulisan secara berkolaborasi di bidang tenaga listrik dan mekatronik cukup tinggi. Selanjutnya penulis paling produktif selama 2010-2016 yaitu Estiko Rijanto dengan 12 artikel. Sementara berdasarkan kelompok penelitian, penulis-penulis dari kelompok penelitian mekatronik yang paling produktif. Terakhir, artikel yang sering diunduh berjudul Hardware simulation of automatic braking system based on fuzzy logic control yang diterbitkan pada Vol. 7(1) tahun 2016. Hal ini menandakan kemungkinan tren penelitian saat itu yakni pada automatic braking devices/methods (klas 62-783.52). Kesimpulan dan Saran. Tingkat kolaborasi bidang tenaga listrik dan mekatronik di jurnal MEV cukup tinggi. Saran dari kajian ini perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut khususnya mengukur produktivitas penulis menggunakan dalil lotka.
Artikel ini mengkaji tentang pengelolaan repositori di Lembaga Penelitian dengan Status PUI. Data diperolah melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap pengelola repositori yang mempunyai kapasitas dan kemampuan dalam mengelola repositori. Sedangkan kuesioner disebarkan melalui email Lembaga Penelitian dengan status PUI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga penelitian dengan status PUI sebagian besar sudah memiliki repositori. Repositori berfungsi tempat penyimpanan data dan karya ilmiah untuk jangka panjang dalam bentuk digital. Repositori memudahkan orang untuk menelusur atau merujuk data dan karya penelitian lain. Ketersediaan repositori institusi dapat memfasilitasi antar disiplin ilmu. Faktor yang mendorong penggunaan repositori adalah tampilan web repositori menarik, dilengkapi dengan fasilitas penyimpanan dan pencarian data serta mudah diakses. Sedangkan faktor yang menghambat penggunaan repositori adalah lembaga penelitian belum mewajibkan peneliti untuk menyimpan data penelitian dalam repositori. Faktor lain yang menghambat penggunaan repositori adalah perilaku peneliti yang tidak melakukan backup data. Untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan repositori di lembaga penelitian diperlukan kebijakan yang mewajibakan peneliti menyimpan datanya di repositori serta memberikan sanksi kepada peneliti yang tidak menyimpan datanya di repositori. Diperlukan sosialisasi yang dilakukan secara berkala agar para peneliti sadar akan pentingnya data dan karya hasil penelitian. <p>The positive development of the various plans of the central government and local government in revitalizing the function of the library in the middle of the community deserve an immediate response by the relevant stakeholders in librarianship. This avoids the loss of state spending because of the development budget of the library, while the library can not be used optimally by the community. In addition to causing harm to the state budget, the failure of the revitalization of the public library functions have an impact on the loss of public confidence in the library. See some interesting phenomenon, the author argues that it is time the library needs to revitalize its role for the community. The issue raised is how the shape of revitalizing the role of the public library for the community.</p><p>There are several factors driving the revitalization of the role of libraries, namely<br />the advancement of information and communication technologies, the increasing<br />mobility of educated people and high society. The revitalization of the role of public libraries include the library as a social change agent, the agent of human development and cultural agents. Revitalization activities the library’s role as change agents are providing a variety of programs that present a public library, according to the dynamics of today’s society, setting up community-based public library. Revitalize the role of the public library into a public space as a catalyst for social activities, recreation, and culture of the citizens, and to make the library more dynamic, practical and humane. Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic that hits Indonesia makes leading Indonesian government take policy measures by launching regulations in implementation procedures within government agencies. LIPI issued a circular to promote Increasing Awareness and Prevention of Spreading of COVID-19 Infection within LIPI’s offices environment. The LIPI Scientific Documentation and Data Center (PDDI) received this mandate to carry out and regulate the policy for carrying out official duties at home (WFH). This paper aims to describe the implementation of the policy of carrying out official duties at home (WFH) for librarians in the PDDI LIPI. Implementation of this policy shows that as an implementing institution unit, PDDI follows up on the policy by issuing work from home assignments with provisions that refer to the circular of the head of LIPI. The target group in this policy is librarians in LIPI. This paper applies descriptive writing with quantitative data approach. The results of this study indicate that principally, the objectives of this policy have been achieved. The target group optimally carries out official duties at home. The survei shows that the target group has implemented the policy in accordance with the direction of LIPI Chairman. The communication pattern and interaction between the policy implementer and the elements implementing the policy are relatively good, so that the policy can be implemented as expected. Communication media is very flexible and not rigid, information related to policies, policy changes are conveyed through the WhatsApp group communication channel so that librarians can immediately receive the policy information. In this policy implementation model, the implementing organization minimizes the factors that make this policy not properly implemented, namely by arranging picket schedules, providing official vehicles for those who do not have private vehicles and lending work facilities to be brought home.
