Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi berkembang sangat cepat salah satunya pada pengelolaan pembayaran sekolah pada MA Masalikil Huda Tahunan yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan cenderung menyulitkan dalam proses input data serta laporan pembayaran yang telah terlaksana. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Aplikasi yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pembayaran untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data. Sistem dirancang menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem model RAD ( Rappid Application Development ) dan UML ( Unified Modelling Language ) sebagai permodelan sistem. Sistem aplikasi menyediakan informasi mengenai pengelolaan data siswa, data pembayaran, laporan pembayaran serta notifikasi telegram sebagai bukti pembayaran. Sistem telah diuji dengan menggunakan metode blackbox testing sebagai pengujian validasi fungsional sistem dengan hasil pengujian diperoleh 96,2 % valid untuk keseluruhan kasus uji. Sedangkan pada angket responden memperoleh hasil 76,8% menunjukkan sistem sangat layak digunakan dalam mempermudah pengelolaan data pembayaran sekolah di MA Masalikil Huda Tahunan Jepara. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode RAD (Rappid Aplication Development) kurang cocok digunakan untuk pengguna yang lebih banyak karena tidak mampu mempenuhi seluruh kebutuhan pengguna sistem sehingga produk yang dihasilkan kurang akurat.
The development of communication and information technology is developing very rapidly, one of which is the management of school payments at the Annual MA Masalikil Huda which is still done manually and tends to complicate the process of data input and payment reports that have been carried out. This research produces an application system needed in the payment process to facilitate data management. The system is designed using the RAD (Rappid Application Development) and UML (Unified Modeling Language) model system development method as system modeling. The application system provides information regarding student data management, payment data, payment reports and telegram notifications as proof of payment. The system has been tested using the blackbox testing method as a system functional validation test with the test results obtained 96.2% valid for all test cases. Whereas in the questionnaire respondents obtained 76.8% results indicating the system is very feasible to use in facilitating the management of school payment data at MA Masalikil Huda Annual Jepara. This study shows that the use of the RAD (Rappid Application Development) method is less suitable for more users because it is unable to meet all the needs of system users so that the resulting product is less accurate.
