Masa pandemi covid-19 ini menimbulkan berbagai<br />dampak dalam segi kehidupan manusia. Salah satunya yaitu dari<br />segi psikologis bisa membuat orang mengalami anxiety yang<br />berlebihan. Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana cognitive<br />behavior therapy dapat mengatasi kecemasan pada masa<br />pandemi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini<br />adalah studi literatur. Cognitive behavior therapy Counseling yang<br />terdiri dari beberapa tahap yang akan diaplikasikan dalam<br />konseling kelompok untuk mengatasi anxiety.<br />Keywords: Cognitive Behavior Therapy Counseling, Anxiety.
Video animasi ialah suatu instrumen pembelajaran yang memadukan berbagai unsur suara dengan gambar yang didalamnya memuat materi yang akan disampaikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas penggunaan instrumen pembelajaran berbasis video animasi dalam peningkatan motivasi belajar, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas IV SD saat menggunakan media pelajaran berbasis video animasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen untuk penelitian kuantitatif karena data yang diperoleh berhubungan dengan angka-angka yang dapat dihitung secara sistematis. Populasi ipenelitian ini adalah siswa kelasiIV SDN Lhok Pawoh, sedangkan dalam penelitian yang dijadikan sebagai sampel ialah siswa kelas IV SDN Lhok Pawoh berjumlah 40 siswa. Banyaknya siswa kelas IV.1 SDN Lhok Pawoh sebanyak 20 orang dan kelas IV. sebanyak 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa T-tes menggambarkan bahwa nilai yang didapatkan ialah 0,45 yang berada dalam taraf signifikan dengan T-tebel 0,25. Hasilnya menggambarkan t-test > t-tebel, hingga Ho ditolak serta bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwasanya ditemukan peningkatan motivasi belajar pada siswa SD dengan menerapkan media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi (Ha diterima). Sehingga dapat membuktikan bahwa dengan penggunaan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Video Animasi mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.
Quality management is determined by the ability of education managers such as principals, guidance and counseling coordinators, guidance and counseling teachers, student curriculum representatives, and homeroom teachers at local schools in planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring/assessing and following up on the implementation of guidance program services. and counseling in schools. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of guidance and counseling management through planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and following up. The type of research used is a field study that examines intensively the background of the current situation and social interactions, individuals, groups, institutions and communities through observation and interview techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed based on the findings in the field. The results of this study indicate that the planning of guidance and counseling services is carried out optimally, the implementation is carried out by determining the services and areas of guidance, the implementation of service management is carried out through the service format and direct supervision in written and oral form. the results of observations and interviews state that through the application of guidance and counseling management can improve the quality of student learning, this is indicated by positive attitudes and study habits. No exception managing the ability of educators and education in schools will be directly proportional to the success of schools in carrying out their programs. In this context, guidance and counseling management (BK) is important to be developed to give birth to students with noble character or character. Therefore, the creation of a conducive environment with the application of appropriate guidance and counseling management will have a significant effect on improving the quality of students in absorbing moral values both inside and outside the school.
