Riset ini ditujukan untuk mengatahui pengaruh talent management (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi terhadap PT. Borwita Citra Prima Makassar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Borwita Citra Prima Makassar yang berjumlah 100 karyawan dengan sampel 80 responden. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yakni dengan metode survei berupa kuisioner dan metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa t hitung talent management adalah sebesar 2,871 dengan signifikansi t bernilai 0.005 (signifikan) dan koefisien regresi sebasar 0,237, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa talent management mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Borwita Citra Prima Makassar, serta dari hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa variabel XZ (interaksi antara variabel talent management komitmen organisasi mempunyai t hitung sebesar – 0,112 dengan signifikan 0,911 (tidak signifikan). Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel komitmen organisasi bukan merupakan pemoderasi dalam gubungan antara talent management dengan kinerja karyawan.
This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. With the method of data collection the distribution of questionnaires, with 30 respondents who are employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIV (Persero) Makassar. The technique of data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression, which was used to determine the effect of the independent variable and the dependent variable, namely the influence of the working environment on employee performance. Based on the results of the partial regression coefficient (t-test) research, it shows that the value of tcount is 4.780 > 1.699 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect between work environment variables (X) on employee performance (Y).
Purchasing decision is a thought where individuals evaluate various options and decide on a choice on a product from many choices. Purchasing decisions are the stage in the purchasing decision-making process where consumers actually buy. The purpose of this study is to find out how the form of consumer decision making in choosing Benelli brand motorcycles in the city of Makassar. This type of research is a qualitative analysis, the results of the discussion found that consumers decide to buy Benelli brand motorcycles because they have a sense of satisfaction, quality and comfort when in Indonesia.
The purchase decision is a problem identification process carried out with several series of processes in accordance with consumer wants and needs. This study aims to analyze how the decision to purchase Matoa watch products. In this study, the method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using the Research library technique and field studies or field research by interviewing 5 informants. Based on the research results, the results of the decision making of Matoa watches through online media are based on several factors such as problem recognition, information search, information before using the product, purchase decisions, and post-purchase evaluation.
Keputusan pembelian adalah tindakan yang dilakukan konsumen dikarenakan karena adanya dorongan-dorongan atau motif-motif yang dirasakan sehingga menimbulkan minat atau dorongan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian pakaian bekas (cakar) di kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis data kualitatif hasil pembahasan menemukan bahwa bahwa penjualan pakaian bekas (cakar) sangat diminati di kalangan masyarakat kota makassar. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Harga, kualitas produk, dan merek salah satu alasan keputusan pembelian konsumen. konsumen puas dengan adanya pakaian bekas (cakar) karena dapat mendapatkan produk original dengan harga terjangkau.
