ABSTRAKKegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan oleh Universitas Triatma Mulya dengan melibatkan mitra dari desa Madangan, Petak – Gianyar. Tujuannya memberikan kemampuan bagi para pengelola POKDARWIS dalam menyusun rencana anggaran belanja (RAB) sehingga laporan yang dibuat menjadi lebih transparan dan akuntabel. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan mengunakan Metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) yaitu metode yang mengutamakan keterlibatan mitra dalam penggunaan suatu rangkaian system yang telah disusun dan disepakati penggunaanya, dimana rangkaian tersebut berfungsi untuk membuat model (prototype) yang lebih efektif. Hasil PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa mitra lebih mengerti dan memahami tentang penyusunan anggaran dan pengelolaaan keuangan berbasis excel. hal ini dapat diketahui hasil dari pretest rata rata skor 60 dan setelah diadakan pelatihan dan pendampingan skor postest sebesar 90 .diharapkan kegiatan PKM Sejenis dapat dilakukan kembali dengan mengembangkan desa wisata yang baik bagi wisatawan tetapi juga baik secara pelaporan dan pertanggung jawaban keuangannya terhadap para stakeholder. Kata kunci: RAB; jogging track; POKDARWIS ABSTRACTThis community service activity was carried out by Triatma Mulya University by involving partners from the village of Madangan, Petak – Gianyar. The aim is to provide the ability for POKDARWIS managers to prepare a budget plan (RAB) so that reports are made more transparent and accountable. The method used in this community service program is to use the RAD (Rapid Application Development) Method, which is a method that prioritizes partner involvement in the use of a series of systems that have been prepared and agreed upon for use, where the series functions to create a more effective prototype. The results of this PKM show that partners understand and understand more about excel-based budgeting and financial management. this can be seen from the results of the pretest an average score of 60 and after training and mentoring the posttest score is 90. It is hoped that similar PKM activities can be carried out again by developing tourism villages that are good for tourists but also good in terms of reporting and financial accountability to stakeholders. Cemagi Village is one of the villages in the Mengwi sub-district, Badung district, which has a coast. The people of Cemagi village have various professions, namely those who work in the agricultural sector, as breeders, work in the tourism sector, fisheries, as MSME actors and so on. .. In Cemagi Village there are several financial institutions that have an important role in supporting the economy in Cemagi Village. Cemagi Village has a geographical location that is very easy to reach because it is the route to the Tanah Lot Temple tourist attraction in Tabanan. In the village of Cemagi, several inns and villas have also been built. Local residents have started making inns and some are contracting out their land to build villas which will later be rented out to tourists. Seeing the conditions and existence of the Cemagi village, Cemagi village has great prospects to be developed into a tourist area in order to improve the community's economy. The methods used in this community service are counseling and mentoring methods so that there is direct interaction with MSME actors in Cemagi village, Managers of Financial Institutions in Cemagi village, Cemagi Village Communities and Cemagi village government. The problems found in Cemagi village include: 1) The MSME empowerment in Cemagi village has not been maximized in the development of Cemagi Village as a tourist destination. 2) The utilization of financial institutions in Cemagi village has not been optimal to support the capital of MSME actors in Cemagi village. 3). Management of Mengening Beach and Seseh Beach is not yet optimal as an attraction for tourists. In implementing this community service program, the executors immediately go down to the location to directly see the conditions in the field and coordinate and discuss the problems faced by partners in Cemagi village. their villages and being able to do good cooperation with financial institutions in Cemagi village and more organized Mengening Beach and Seseh Beach by optimizing cooperation with stake holders so that Mengening Beach and Seseh Beach can be managed optimally so that they are more attractive for tourists to visit
The rapid development of the world of information technology has brought tremendous benefits for the progress of human civilization. Even humans are now able to adapt and participate in developing and utilizing these technologies. Starting from the communication system, electronic system, banking system, even things that were not thought of before, which is used as a motorcycle taxi support. This was then developed further so that online motorcycle taxis were created. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of financial compensation and work stress on the performance of online motorcycle taxi driver partners. This study took a sample in Bali. The sample technique used is incidental sampling technique. The number of respondents used 100 online motorcycle taxi driver partners. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 23. The regression equation obtained: Y = 31.250 + 0.529X1 - 0.316X2. The results of this study indicate that; First, financial compensation has a positive effect on the performance of online motorcycle taxi driver partners in Bali. Second, work stress has a negative effect on the performance of online motorcycle taxi driver partners in Bali. Fourth, the amount of influence contributed by financial compensation and work stress on the performance of online motorcycle taxi driver partners in Bali was 54.4%.
Hotel Ayung Resort Ubud Bali is one of the companies engaged in accommodation that provides lodging services, provides food and beverages and other services where all services are allocated to everyone stay in hotels or use other facilities. Based on employee attendance data at Ayung Resort Ubud Bali Hotel, can be seen how the level of employee work discipline towards company attendance shows an average absentee level of 3.72% above 3% which is stated less. This can be seen in a fairly high level of complaint, with an average of 49.19% compared to the average good comment of 50.81%. The sample taken in this study amounted to 80 people 50% of the total employees with the sampling technique is proportional stratified random sampling. The data analysis tool used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test with the Application Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0. The results of research on motivation and work discipline have effect of 68.3% on employee performance at Ayung Resort Ubud Bali. While the remaining 31.7% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study as: training, work environment, communication, leadership style and others. Hypothesis test results of effect of motivation (X1) on employee performance (Y) show a significance level of 0,000 smaller than α = 0.05. This means that motivation employee performance. Motivational regression coefficient (X1) of 3,667 shows the positive influence of motivation on employee performance. These results accept the hypothesis H1 which states that motivation has a positive effect on employee performance and the resultsof the work discipline hypothesis test (X2) on employee performance (Y) show a significance level of 0,000 smaller than α = 0.05. This means work disciplinevariables effect employee performance. Regression coefficient value of work discipline variable (X2) of 10,823 shows the positive influence of work discipline on employee performance. This result accepts hypothesis H2 which states that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance.
This research aims to find out the influence of communication on employee performance at Kuta Mimba Cooperative. To find out the effect of the work environment on employee performance at Kuta Mimba Cooperative. To find out how big the influence of communication and work environment on employee performance at Kuta Mimba Cooperative. The sample used was 92 people, this study used a questionnaire in data collection. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis resulted in a regression equation model Y = 4.554 + 0.022X1 + 0.057X2. This study resulted in three conclusions, namely tthere is a partially positive and significant influence of communication on employee performance. There is a partially positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance. The influence of communication and work environment on employee performance at Kuta Mimba Coorperative is 42,8%.
