Дмитриевой», Рязань Аннотация: В статье рассмотрены вопросы бытовых отравлений у детей, в частности отравлений углеводородными соединениями. Приводится случай из судебно-медицинской практики с описанием клинико-патоморфологических проявлений токсического действия насыщенных (парафиновых) углеводородов и последующих осложнений у ребенка младшего детского возраста.
Инфекция Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) важнейший этиологический фактор в развитии ряда заболеваний желудка: хронического гастрита, язвенной болезни, рака и MALT-лимфомы желудка.Цель исследования. Оценка частоты выявления хеликобактериоза у пациентов с морфологическими изменениями слизистой оболочки желудка по данным гистологического исследования.Материалы и методы: Ретроспективно изучалась медицинская документация. Оценивались результаты гистологических исследований образцов биопсии слизистой оболочки желудка у пациентов, прошедших тестирование на наличие инфекции H. pylori при помощи быстрого уреазного теста.Результаты: В исследование были включены 221 результат гистологической оценки образцов слизистой оболочки желудка пациентов с хроническим гастритом, язвой желудка, полипами, аденокарциномой. Из 210 гистологических описаний морфологически измененной слизистой желудка 86,2% были связаны с присутствием H. pylori. У 11 пациентов морфологических изменений слизистой оболочка желудка не выявлено, относительно чаще в 6,4 раза (р <0,001) среди H. pylori -негативных лиц.
Заключение:1. У 86,2% пациентов с морфологическими изменениями слизистой оболочки желудка выявляется инфекция H. pylori.2. Лица, инфицированные H. pylori, в 6,4 раза реже имеют морфологически неизмененную слизистую оболочку желудка, чем свободные от инфекции лица, соответственно 2,7% и 17,1% (р <0,001).Ключевые слова: Helicobacter pylori, слизистая оболочка желудка Конфликт интересов.
