At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia issued a Circular Letter of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 4 of 2020. This calls for all learning processes to be carried out. Study from home (online) as an effort to reduce contact and reduce the rate of transmission of Covid-19. This also applied at ITEKES Bali. This research aims to explore the experiences of ITEKES Bali lectures in carrying out the online lecture process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The design of this study is a qualitative with an exploratory approach. The respondents of this study were ITEKES Bali lecturers. All respondents provided informed consent and interviews were via video call. Data analysis was carried out by thematic analysis. The research results were presented in the form of themes. Most of the informants in this study stated that face-to-face learning is still more optimal than online learning. Informants realized that during a pandemic the choice of online learning was still the right choice and had to be implemented properly. This learning process provides a new experience for lecture and students both in terms of choosing models, media and teaching materials. Good internet access and creativity from all lectures are needed in developing learning methods. The lecture process at ITEKES Bali during the Covid 19 pandemic has been running quite smoothly, this needs to be maintained and continuously improved.
Latar belakang: Lansia merupakan kelompok rentan yang risiko tinggi tertular infeksi Covid-19. Masih kurangnya pengetahuan dan rendahnya sistem imunitas lansia akan meningkatkan resiko tertular Covid-19. Tujuan: meningkatkan sistem imunitas sebagai upaya pencegahan penularan Covid-19 pada kelompok lansia. Metode : Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah disepakati dengan mitra maka yang menjadi target program PKM adalah pemberian latihan senam pernafasan sebagai upaya meningkatkan kekuatan paru dan pencegahan penularan Covid-19 pada kelompok lansia di Posyandu lansia Banjar Batanduren Desa Cepaka Kediri Tabanan. Kriteria yang menjadi target program adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan peserta tentang upaya pencegahan penularan Covid-19 terutama dengan tehnik penguatan paru senam pernafasan. Hasil: Sebagian besar (69%) pengetahuan lansia anggota Posyandu lansia Banjar Batanduren tentang pencegahan penularan Covid-19 dan penguatan paru dan imunitas di masa pandemi sebelum penyuluhan berada pada rentang kurang setelah dilakukan penyuluhan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan ke rentang baik (71%). Kesimpulan: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat tentang penyuluhan pencegahan penularan covid-19 dan peningkatan sistem imunitas digunakan sebagai sarana meningkatkan pengetahuan lansia anggota posyandu lansia Banjar Batanduren Kata Kunci: PKM, lansia, senam, pernafasan
Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan pemerintah Indonesia dalam menanggulangi kejadian Covid 19 yang telah mengalami mutasi dengan muculnya varian baru, sehingga lonjakan angka kejadian yang tinggi kembali dialami oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Pemerintah telah memberlakukan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat guna memutus rantai penyebaran virus Corona dengan beberapa aturan, salah satunya adalah penerapan 100% work from office (WFO) pada sector esensial seperti lembaga keuangan (Bank) dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan yang ketat. Background: The pandemic of Covid-19 is increasingly widespread and has not shown the decrease. Following up this situation, the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia through the Form Letter of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 4 of 2020 which concerning the Implementation of Educational Policies in an Emergency Period for the Spread of Corona Virus Disease Covid-19, urge for all learning processes to be carried out from home, including the implementation of school exams and eliminating national exams and competence tests. This also applies to the learning process at higher education, includes Master of Nursing Program at ITEKES Bali. Purpose: To determine the response and coping among master of nursing students at ITEKES Bali in implementing online thesis process during covid-19 pandemic. Method: This study employed descriptive qualitative study with explorative approach. The prime informants of this study were master of nursing students who undergoing thesis. The informants got informed consent and interview through video call. The data were analyzed by thematic analysis and the finding was presented in the form of narrative. Result: The thesis process which was carried out online went smoothly although there were various obstacles such as unstable connection during online guidance, deviations in perceptions and student understanding of the suggestions given. Another obstacle was the burden of other tasks that must be carried out by the informants considering that these informants are active workers, housewives and also members of the community. To overcome this obstacle, informants tried to manage their time as best as they could and asked for help from all parties such as family, friends and thesis supervisors. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is the informants thought that the decision to carry out the thesis online is the right decision during the Covid-19 pandemic considering the high number of cases in various regions
