Neste trabalho é apresentada uma arquitetura pedagógica e técnica utilizada poreducadores e educandos nos âmbitos da educação básica e superior para construçãocolaborativa de conhecimento. A infra-estrutura envolve a convergência de teorias emetodologias de ensino-aprendizagem, softwares de baixo custo, linguagens padrão daInternet, tanto quanto os conceitos de empreendedorismo e cooperatividade sistêmica.As conseqüências do uso desta convergência são: a melhoria da comunicação entre osdiversos agentes envolvidos nas ações de ensino-aprendizagem; o crescimento de suashabilidades e competências de leitura e escrita tanto quanto apropriação dos conceitostecnológicos utilizados. Posteriormente, quando os agentes reutilizam e compartilham oconhecimento desenvolvido de modo efetivo, eles contribuem para que outrosindivíduos também se apropriem do conhecimento, não só no ambiente escola, mastambém, em diversos espaços e tempos.
Este trabalho apresenta uma experiência colaborativa interdisciplinar apoiada por computador, cuja implementação contribuiu para ampliar e convergir conhecimentotécnico, intelectual e pedagógico dos indivíduos. Através da construção da experiência, houve investigação e reflexão sobre a conservação da memória cultural de um lugar queé patrimônio histórico brasileiro. A sinergia entre o processo de estilização da pintura de Alfredo Volpi, seus aspectos histórico e cultural, e a criação de um ambiente interativo de visualização em três dimensões (3D) com base em visualização de informação e nas técnicas de realidade virtual foram os instrumentos usados para construir o projeto. Como resultados da experiência envolvendo a convergência entre Educação, Artes, Cultura e Ciências com suporte das Tecnologias da Informação e da Comunicação (TICs), vivenciamos formas mais dinâmicas e interativas de “aprender a aprender”, “aprender a pensar”, comunicar e de representar saberes com baixo custo, criatividade e alta qualidade.
