This research aimed to see the relationship between positive thinking and social support with psychological well-being in UMPR PGSD students during online learning. The research was conducted in Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya campus area. The subjects were UMPR PGSD students who had taken the 4th semester of college minimal or above in this research. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with criteria. This research used quantitative method by correlational study approach. Data analysis method used correlational analysis technique or regression analysis in this research. This research result was found that there were significant relationship between positive thinking and social support with psychological well-being in UMPR PGSD students during online learning with correlation coefficient (R) of 0.707 which was converted to F Regression of 28.407 with significance level of 0.000 (p< 0.05). The conclusion of the research was that the higher positive thinking and social support obtained students, the higher psychological well-being on students will be followed, n the other hand, the lower the high of positive thinking and social support obtained students, the lower the psychological well-being on students will be followed.
Pre-existence of PCOD (polycystic ovarian disease) cause the severity of diabetes during pregnancy as gestational diabetes (GD) and post-pregnancy diabetes mellitus of type -2 (DMT-2). Early detection of PCOD may help manage the severity of diabetes mellitus in pregnancy and postnatal. This analysis conveyed to understand the pervasiveness of PCOD and its complication with diabetes mellitus and body mass index (BMI). A contextual and statistical study of the data extracted from kaggle.com in 541 patients (180 with PCOD and 361 without PCOD) of southern India has been done. The random forest (RF) technique of Artificial Intelligence (AI) model has been used to analyze the correlations among parameters. In the body mass index, 42% of 180 PCOD patients have ≥ 27 kg/m2 body mass, as waist-hip ratios are in the range of 0.80 – 1.00. With pre-existence PCOD, 35% of women are pregnant. It has observed that 84% pregnant women have the risk of developing gestational diabetes, and few women have the chance to develop diabetes mellitus of type-2. The results were analyzed by RF technique of AI through Karl Pearson’s coefficient of correlation. The patients struggling with PCOD, facing high BMI and high waist-hip ratio (0.80 – 1.00) risk of gestational diabetes, thereof early detection and diagnosis of PCOD will reduce the risk of development of GD and DMT-2.
This study aims to: (1) describe the activities of students and teachers using a scientific approach and video media for class IV B students at SDN 2 Menteng Palangka Raya in the 2021/2022 academic year. (2) Improving mathematics learning outcomes for grade IV B students at SDN 2 Menteng Palangka Raya in the 2021/2022 academic year, using a scientific approach and video media. The subjects of this study were students of class IV B SDN 2 Menteng Palangka Raya for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 19 people. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Data collection techniques used are observation and tests. The data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The activities of students and teachers when learning Mathematics in the material around the square and rectangle using a scientific approach and video media with very good criteria. (2) The mathematics learning outcomes of grade IV B students at SDN 2 Menteng for the academic year 2021/2022 have increased. Student learning outcomes in pre-action obtained an average value of 42.63 and student learning outcomes in cycle I obtained an average value of 64.73 with a classical completeness percentage of 57.89% and student learning outcomes in cycle II obtained an average score - an average of 81.57 with a classical completeness percentage of 94.73%.
Photosonolysis method has been investigate to degrade the Methylene blue in a sample solution using the catalyst of ZnO doped by variying concentrations of CuO. The purpose of the investigation is to determine the effects of radiation time and CuO concentrations used for ZnO doping. The UV-DRS was used to calculate the band gap of ZnO doped while UV-Vis spectrophotometer was used to calculate the absorbance of Methylene blue concentration before and after degradation processes. The results show band gap of ZnO doped was 3.30 eV. The highest percentage of Methylene blue degraded was 87,95% at room temperature for 120 minutes using ZnO undope. The number of Methylene blue degraded increased up to 90,33 % when ZnO doped by 20% of CuO.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
