El objetivo del presente trabajo fue determinar el impacto generado por el crecimiento económico sobre el empleo en la Región Lambayeque, Perú, durante el periodo 2001 a 2015. Recurriendo a un modelo econométrico con series de tiempo, analizamos el comportamiento de cada una de las variables y se determina el tipo de relación entre ellas. Mediante el uso del método descriptivo correlacional y el soporte del programa EVIEWS condujo a establecer su intercausalidad. Se concluyó que el crecimiento económico de Lambayeque es no sostenido, mostrándose sensible a factores externos y que ha impactado de manera positiva, pero débil en el nivel de empleo, observándose en los últimos años una participación cada vez más creciente de la mujer en el mercado de trabajo, influenciada por las mejoras en el nivel de educación y cambios en la estructura de la demanda de mano de obra.
Este artículo presentó un estudio cuantitativo, de carácter cuasi experimental, sobre la responsabilidad social de estudiantes universitarios, para tan fin se ha realizó un trabajo interdisciplinario con actores sociales para determinar el impacto en la formación por competencias de estudiantes Sipanenses. Se aplicó encuestas cuya valoración fue de 1 a 5 con ambas variables, se identificó a través del pretest el nivel de formación por competencias, posteriormente se diseñó y aplicó un programa para revertir resultados encontrados en la recolección inicial de información, por último, se identificó a través del postest el nivel formación por competencias y se evaluó los resultados para medir el efecto de la responsabilidad social universitaria en la formación por competencias. Los principales resultados del estudio evidencian una toma de conciencia frente al desarrollo sostenible y se quiere lograr que la Universidad Señor de Sipán sea considerada como una institución de formación superior ecoeficiente que brinde servicios educativos con sentido práctico y coherente, flexible a nuevos cambios del entorno económico, social y ambiental.
El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar los factores familiares y pedagógicos que involucran en el desarrollo de competencias de estudiantes universitarios, específicamente en la Facultad de Ciencias de la salud de la Universidad Señor de Sipán, la metodología fue cuantitativa, con un diseño no experimental, descriptivo; para ello se elaboró una encuesta usando los medios tecnológicos de Formulario Google aplicado a 300 estudiantes, las teorías que se han estudiado recae en la del aprendizaje significativo de Ausubel, formación de competencias de Tobón, aprendizaje por descubrimiento de Bruner, en tal sentido los resultados han confirmado que la familia es el ente básico de motivación en el estudio de los estudiantes, en el que el apoyo es esencial, se concluyó que la metodología del docente es en la actualidad la opción más significativa de poder desarrollar en los estudiantes las competencias necesarias para abrir el interés por la carrera profesional en la que están inmersos; asimismo los docentes de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud de la Universidad Señor de Sipán tienen un adecuado proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje considerado bueno para fomentar el interés del universitario, por ello siempre se debe optar por la capitación contante, usar nuevas metodología de enseñan como la tecnología y sobe todo relacionar las situaciones cotidianas hacia el involucramiento de casos con la temática del sílabo, no dejando de lado el uso de recursos educativos para mantener siempre motivaos a los estudiantes.
