Esta dissertação é resultado de um esforço coletivo de instituições e pessoas que foram fundamentais para seu desenvolvimento. Meu primeiro agradecimento é para a Fundação de Desenvolvimento da Unicamp, FUNCAMP, que concedeu a bolsa de mestrado que usufrui por dois anos.
