The paper is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the level of digitalization of customs payments, the administration of which is entrusted to the customs authorities. In particular, this work is devoted to the study of the expediency and effectiveness of administration through digitalization of customs payments. The article discusses the role of digitalization in the administration of customs payments. Customs payment systems are one of the significant factors of revenue receipt to the state budget. First of all, this is due to the time of processing customs documents, which the customs authorities are spending their resources on. On the part of customs administration, the system of payment of customs payments affects the level of "convenience" and completeness of payment of various customs payments. In this paper, the analysis of the following indicators affecting the turnover of the Russian Federation is carried out: the place of customs payments from the general budget of the Russian Federation, the number of open personal accounts, the number of additional customs payments as a result of the conducted examinations. The analysis showed an increase in the efficiency of administration of customs payments and the level of "convenience" of customs payments.
The modern economy is going through a series of changes that relate to digital technologies. This was reflected, for example, in the fact that almost every commercial company has its own Internet site, with the help of which the company informs its potential client. It is believed that in our time mobility prevails, and therefore it becomes less and less profitable and inconvenient to have a large amount of private property. Consumer cooperation as a sharing economy is an alternative, non-standard form of doing business. Consumer cooperation relies on shareholders, and the digital sharing economy relies on its consumers, namely, used goods that are transferred (temporarily or permanently) from one consumer who no longer needs them to another who needs them. Thus, the sharing economy, like consumer cooperation, is flexible enough and can cover several areas of economic activity. Consumer cooperatives can be: production, transport, etc. Almost everything can be consumed together with the help of sharing: transport, housing, etc. These forms may well replace traditional business.
This paper discusses the issues of socio-economic assessment of the impact of consumer cooperation on the social sphere as a way to form and develop agro-industrial complex markets. In particular, this work is devoted to the study of the institution of consumer cooperation as a means of developing consumer regional markets for the agro-industrial complex through the social sphere of the economy. The difference between consumer cooperation and other forms of organizations lies in the principles of the institution of cooperation. Thanks to the principles of cooperation, the development of the activities of these organizations will also mean a guarantee of the implementation of social programs to improve the region, which in turn will increase the efficiency of the agro-industrial complex markets. This paper analyzes the following socio-economic indicators: the number of enterprises with the form of organization "consumer cooperative" in the regions; unemployment in the Russian Federation at working age by region; employment structure of the Centrosoyuz; volume of purchases of Tsentrosoyuz; sale of food and non-food products of Tsentrosoyuz. The analysis showed that consumer cooperation provides employment for the population in the agro-industrial complex markets. In this regard, I would like to note that the state needs to support consumer cooperation for the development of agro-industrial complex markets.
Since the formation of state institutions and institutions of entrepreneurship, the attention of scientists has been attracted by the question of the influence of these institutions on each other. In the context of globalization of the world economy, the greatest interest has always been aroused by questions about what the state should and should not do, as well as where is the border between society and the state, is there a certain principle that would allow to clearly separate the first from the second and propose their harmonization. In the article, the authors touch upon topical economic problems that have developed in small and medium-sized businesses in the United States, and also consider the features of the application of measures of influence on the country’s economy, taking into account new realities and in connection with the need to improve the interaction of the state with participants in entrepreneurial activity. The authors present a general and comparative analysis of the impact of measures of state support for small and medium-sized businesses on the example of the foreign experience of the United States, considered and analyzed the norms of the legislation in force in the United States, which serves as the basis for organizing and regulating the activities of small and medium-sized businesses, and also analyzed the norms of the legislation in force in the United States. serving as the basis for organizing and regulating the activities of small and medium-sized businesses. In the article, the authors propose adjustments and additions to the model of managing small and medium-sized businesses in the country, taking into account the increasing possibilities of scientific and technological progress, the development and improvement of the general theory of business management and general digitalization of both business processes and public administration. The study allows us to deeply analyze and supplement the theoretical picture of the relationship between participants in small and medium-sized businesses and government bodies that control the operational activities of economic entities, which determines the theoretical and practical significance.
