For the calculations and comparisons of incomes per capita of the countries, various indices are in use. One of them is primarily Gini Index. All of these indices are not able to echo the views about the income efficiency on the population. In a country, the rate of sum of population of the every individual ,who possesses an income equal to and above the average disposable income of the country, to total country's population is called "Bozdağ Population Efficiency Coefficient" It was called Bozdağ Coefficient. Generally, there is no data related to the size of the population whose incomes are compare to average income per capita, therefore, Bozdağ Coefficient is estimated by using income and consumption tables, and by benefitting from the Lorez curves in 20 percentiles equal portions of the all population. Then "Bozdağ Population Efficiency Index" means Bozdağ Index is driven from utilitizing Bozdağ Coefficient and income per capita. In this study, Bozdağ Coefficient and Index are derived, and then they are compared with Gini Index. At the end of all, this study is trying to make an idea on the structure of income distributions of European Coutries.
